Order delivery, I was impressed with the speed and accuracy. My order was hot and complete and delivered in less than 30 min. The food was good for the price but for some reason my fries had sugar instead of salt. That was a bit odd I ordered the 21 wing combo fried extra and was not disappointed. Would definitely order again.

Not sure what happened, Wingstop is my usual chicken wing chain restaurant go to, but they totally missed seasoning their food on this one. Asked for extra fry seasoning, I received the limpest and seasonless fries ever to disgrace a wingstop bag. Lemon pepper wings have 5 flecks of pepper between them. Don’t even get me started on the inconsistency between the nugget sizes. 3 of them look like tiny lumps of fried flour. Shameful.

I was helped by Adrian. I haven’t been to Wingstop in a good minute and I did not know what to order. he greeted me right away and asked me if I needed any help before suggesting anything on the menu. I appreciate being asked first so he can better understand my needs, and what I was looking to order. He was quick, precise and very welcoming. He knew his stuff and knew how to listen to the customer. I left there, feeling confident and excited to try my food. That man deserves 10 stars.
It has been seven months and I have yet to hear back anything from corporate. If anything, I know the staff there would’ve commented appreciation for their employees that be really good at their job. I hope they get the recognition. They deserve and are still working there.

I’m not sure of his name but the manager on the night shift with the glasses was very rude and disrespectful. Simply because I asked about a certain flavor of hi c. I didn’t make a big deal about it in the store at all, and was not rude to him in any way. There was no reason for him to be a jerk that way

They haven’t had dining room open for over a year.but it was open the other day. After I shop at Walmart I take some wings home.
Now they have all the tables set up and I was the only customer eating in until a man ate there with his child. Most people order online. Versus the wait..about 20 minutes.
They used to season the frys so now when I order please add the season to my frys they never do. But will give me a little side over flowing to take home. It’s so much extra I can make eggs and sprinkle the season on them.
They just don’t listen.
Sometimes they don’t toss enough sauce on the hot variety and look barely fried. On the boneless Wings.
The Lemon Pepper, and Mango Habanero are so good.
The ranch is my favorite in the frys dip. So I order at least 2 more, it comes with one dipping sauce of your choice.
Enjoy.. there’s also one off Euclid by the trolley and a whole shopping one stop. With food for less. Or whatever it’s called.
In Market Square banks, Starbucks, subway, Mexican and pizza restaurants and some Asian restaurant.

Literally waited an hour for my food and they said they lost my ticket for our order… so they are making it now… NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN, gave wing stop a chance after this happened last year… soda machine broken. They will prioritize online orders before it store orders… meaning 30 people can come in and pickup an order while I’m stuck waiting for over an hour… TERRIBLE service. Staff was actually friendly an cool not there fault at all but they need to hire more people to work on a day like this…
