I use to support this location heavy however it’s quickly becoming the Absolutely the worse location in the world horrible customer care and the hardly speak English … I’m not saying that to be rude or mean I’m serious your cat run an organization with people who can’t communicate or articulate their selves in a professional manner.. They messed up& refused to take any accountability, Then treated me as if I was a bad person for asking for customer assistance..
My order and told me too shut up and leave .
I’m an adult that’s beyond disrespectful. The also began taking bad about me in Spanish the manager included . He’s about 5 foot tall and had the nerve to be disrespectful to me.
I have it on video as well . I have spent a lot of money over the years at Wingstop and this location in particular I will never support Wingstop the company or this location ever again and I will make sure that the corporate office knows how bad they need to rehire their staff.
they could’ve made this right simply by exchanging the french fries they chose not to and now I will never support them again, and I will escalate this to the corporate office .
To make matters worse, they didn’t even give me my drink and I ordered a combo so they refuse to fix the order. They made me leave with cold food and they forgot to even give me my drink.!!!! An awful experience I’ll escalate this to corporation Monday.

We were craving for wings, so we stop by. This spot located in a small plaza on Huntington Dr. parking lot is small. It was not busy when I stopped by (around 5pm), so parking was easy for me.
Staff was very friendly. We ordered the 15 pieces BBQ wings with fries combo. I was watching the game while we were waiting as there are 2 TVs in this location. The wings were decent, and I like the texture. The skin has a slight crisp to it. However, the chef was too generous with salt as the fries was a bit too salty.
We dined in, and we noticed that there is no trash can for us to clean up our tray. Staff told us to just leave the tray on the table, and they will throw away the trash for us.
3 stars overall, and I will add another star if the fries was not too salty.

Worker was extremely rude, when we asked if he put the extra ranch we paid for in the bag he said yes and ofc it was not in there we had to go back. Secondly the voodoo fries were unsafe for human consumption due to the excess sodium from the fries swimming in the ranch and the cheese

Honestly best Wingstop location I’ve been to. Plenty of seating, super clean, well made food, and very friendly employees. Javier took our orders and was super helpful and attentive, and overall great atmosphere.

Came to try their new chicken sandwiches and they were tasty. Perfect for a late night snack! The chicken fillets are pretty big and the buns were toasted. I had both the Original Hot and Cajun flavors and neither was overly spicy so I’ll try the Atomic next time. They drench the patties in the sauces so they were a bit soggy but was great paired with the ranch dipping sauces. Free parking in lot across from Grocery Outlet.
