Ordered garlic fries and a drink along with wings. Fries didn’t have garlic as ordered. Drinking paid for was 32 ounce, drink received was 16 ounce. Wings were stale as if microwaved/reheated and lightly seasoned. When I called to get these issues resolved I was told they couldn’t do anything. I don’t plan on ordering from this wingstop again.

Thanks to the manager Enrique he took care of the customer! Me, my order was late, cold due to short staffing from sick calls. Understandable! But Enrique went above and beyond to make it right! I wish there were more managers like him. He is a good example for his staff and I appreciate his leadership and kindness. He deserves an award for being the best ! Thank you again to a great manager. I am going back again!

I had a great experience at Wingstop! The place is very clean and well-maintained,. The air conditioning kept everything comfortable, which made the visit even better. The employees were super nice and friendly, and I was impressed by how fast they prepared my food. It was clear they communicated well with each other, working smoothly as a team. A few minutes after placing my delivery order via UberEats, I realized that I’d forgotten to add french fries. Since UberEats doesn’t allow you to add items in, once you submit & pay, I did the next reasonable thing- called this location (from which the order was coming from) to make an attempt to add them in, and was successful thanks to the extremely kind staff (server/cashier, Emily, & the manager) who attended my call.
I truly appreciate them–made it a Happy Easter, indeed.
Prompt, professional, kind & accomodating service, aside from great tasting food!

Walked in and was not greeted but Isabel was very nice and helpful! Took our order and when she noticed I was walking towards the restroom with my kids she was right behind us to put in the code and open the door. We waited in the car and she brought our food out within 10 mins of ordering. I would leave 5 stars but the prices are just too expensive for simple chicken wings and fries.

Now I’ve been coming to this Wingstop since it first opened years ago and for the last couple years I’ve noticed the service at this store has been declining. every time I order from this store my order is never right I wish I wish i was making it up. I don’t know what it is employees can’t read or listen when it comes to orders. Now I hate putting a negative review especially when it comes to food but I just can’t help it anymore. I always ask for extra seasoning and well done fries but they never come with extra seasoning or well done. Easy instructions never fulfilled. Wings have barely any sauce on them. And ive been shorted wings couple times. again I’ve been coming to that location since it first opened when a 10-wing combo cost $8 now for $19 if I’m paying that much for wings why is it so hard to get my order right? End of rant. Fix this issue. Damn this rant got me sounding like a karen. Just simple instructions on how i like my wings prepared would be great.

Some of the rudest employees! Do better! If the app say 16 to 21 mins. We arrived at 21 mins and asked for our order. We are starting it now the guy said so rude and mean spirited I get it your busy. But cmon you don’t need to talk to people like that! No excuses.
