I was passing through the area on my way home and this was the closest Wingstop location to me. The workers/service are my biggest issue with this location. The employee who took my order wasn’t rude, but had an attitude like he didn’t want to be there. He asked me questions in a passive low tone of voice as I placed my order. After placing it, it took 35 minutes to prepare, but a (different) employee acknowledged the wait was longer than expected and gave me extra wings as a result, which I do appreciate. The (lemon pepper) wings weren’t bad, but not evenly seasoned (you could see a lot more pepper on some wings than others). While eating inside the restaurant, I noticed a third worker had gone on break and put his phone on blast as he watched videos and you could hear vulgar words being spoken. A complete disregard for customers. I’m not expecting exceptional service or 5 star dining at such an establishment, but definitely a better experience than what I got. Been to several Wingstop locations throughout the Rancho/Ontario/Chino area. This is one, I don’t plan on coming back to.

I had an excellent experience at this Wingstop location. An employee named Zoe (apologies if I’m remembering the name incorrectly) took the time to help me choose my order, and her recommendations were fantastic. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided great customer service. I’ll definitely return because of the wonderful experience. She made my experience so fun even though I’m extremely shy.

Horrible. By far the worst location in the area. I have done dine in and carry out. Employees simply do not care about customers. I’ve been the only person in the store and ordered and watch it take over 15 minutes for them to start working on orders. They prioritize friends and family of employees that come in and ignore regular people. The food is consistently late, cold, and nobody cares.

Waited 50 mins for my order worst location never again! Image here of how soggy dry old my fries were look at the carrots how are they carrot sticks its the whole carrot . Worst way to spend ur money

I ordered food online for delivery, I called in and Lydia answered she was very respectful and her customer service is on point. She left a note on my bag saying I hope you enjoy. I am an assistant manager at my job and customer service is very important. She did an amazing job. And for that I will be back. Great job Lydia.

I walked into my neighborhood wingstop. Place was busy cashier looked frustrated. Frustrated cashier told us to wait outside. I told her been 20 to 25 min already waiting for my order. Frustrated cashier checked to see if my order was ready and told us 10 more mins. I waited in my vehicle and my wife waited for the food. She finally brought the food to the vehicle. I told her what about our drinks, drinks weren’t ready and we waited 10 more mins. I walked in restuarant the cashier notice me she placed my drinks on the counter, she walked to the back was looking for my order, she said some rude comments within her mask which i didnt appreciate. She turn around and walked to the front counter saw me with the look of oops after rude comments. I was like dang, i told her i already have my food. I left with my drinks very disappointed with the service. Family and I sat home eating our food chicken was rushed, chicken were plane, not covered in sauce, chicken wasnt cooked. Over all experience 1 out of 10 on Friday night about 9:30pm.

The manager does not help the staff and leaves them on their own during rush. This is the 5th time I’ve made an online order and waited an extra 30 minutes for my food because of the manager. They make their staff stay later than scheduled and sit in their office doing nothing all night. Staff is very nice. Good kids who work efficiently. Just wish they had a better supervisor.
