A lot of people come here for the wings but let me tell you about the Cajun corn! It is so good, it’s high quality corn. It’s a very good side in my opinion and you should try it out. My only issue is that the pieces are very small, and it’s pricey. But so so good!

I had a very frustrating experience at this restaurant. I placed my order online and was charged $60 right away. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told that my order hadn’t gone through on their end. I waited for 45 minutes, but no one communicated this issue beforehand, and I was left with nothing to show for the money I had already paid.

The staff was unhelpful and didn’t seem concerned about resolving the situation. I understand mistakes can happen, but not even an apology or a solution was offered. Paying $60 for nothing after waiting for 45 minutes is incredibly disappointing. I won’t be returning, and I would advise others to be cautious about ordering here online.

I came to this Wingstop on 12/20/24 with my kids for dinner, excited to enjoy their delicious wings. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was incredibly frustrating. After placing my order with Alexis, we waited over 30 minutes without receiving our food. When Alexis finally checked in with us, it turned out that my order never got made because she didn’t take my name when I ordered with her at the register.

At this point, it’s now been 40 mins and my hungry kids and I just wanted to leave. The employees were trying to help fix the situation, but Alexis had absolutely nothing to say. She completely ignored the situation, didn’t even offer an apology, and left her team to clean up her mistake. Not cool at all.

Initially, I was told I couldn’t get my money back because my receipt didn’t have a name on it. After some back and forth, they eventually refunded me in cash. This location clearly needs to train their employees better. I understand mistakes happen, we are human, but it’s unacceptable, especially when they leave customers waiting for so long and create unnecessary hassle.

I rarely leave bad reviews -if any- but I felt I had to share my experience. Sadly, after reading other reviews, it’s clear that this location really needs to try harder. The moral of the story: if you go to this Wingstop, make sure the employee gets your name when you order to avoid a similar nightmare. While the wings are still great, I won’t be returning to this location.

I was very happy when I waited too long to place an order, but I was kept waiting for 30 minutes regardless of the first-come-first-served order. Moreover, I only had a few meals, and many employees couldn’t make them. I don’t recommend them.(Come to the store again and wait for a long time! ! There are many employees, and I don’t know how to bag the food on the counter. I am very disappointed! )

Got the wrong wings the ranch tasted terrible and had green mold in it. Called for a refund and guy on the phone was rude. Ordered original hot and hot this.

I ordered my food and paid extra to have it delivered. They use doordash and they said my order would be delivered at 8:20pm. Every time I checked doordash for delivery, my time kept getting latter. I finally got my food 1 hour and 20 minutes later. My food was cold and tasted like crap. They need to stop using doordash and go another route. If not, I am not going to be using their delivery service again.
