HORRIBLE! Drive the extra distance for another location. I’ve been coming to this location for over 10 yrs. For the past 5 yrs, my order has been wrong every single time I order from this location. I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt and go ahead and order knowing it’s a 50/50 chance of my order being right. As paying customers, we shouldn’t be feeling like this when spending almost $20. Today, was the last time I order from here. My order was wrong in two ways. I ordered Cajun traditional and garlic parm traditional. When I checked the wings in the store, I noticed I was given original hot not Cajun. This happens everytime (that’s why I check the wings, everytime). They said sorry and added the Cajun seasoning. Then I get home and noticed my fries had no fry seasoning ‍♀️. Like really? I shouldn’t have to be checking every single item, every single time. The cooks should produce orders correctly, it’s their job. I was contemplating on calling to complain, but what made me decide to call was the money I just wasted for my meal to be wrong. I called and asked for the manager and was transfered to Michael. I explained to him what happened and he mentioned “Oh Yeah we’re sorry, we noticed after the Uber left you were given the wrong order. ” I said I wasn’t the Uber order that I was a personal pickup order. I was baffled at how this location is constantly producing wrong orders and shrugging it off like it’s no big deal. Michael then apologized and said he will have a talk with the cooks and ended the conversation with “hope you have a good day.” He didn’t offer anything in compensation for my troubles and dissatisfaction. He could’ve offered a free order of veggies at least, but nope. I do not understand how this location is still in business. With this said, I hope that my unfortunate experience helps you guys save some trouble and $. Don’t order from here.

Horrible customer service,no hello welcome,I say hello,the 3 guy cooks and a girl cook look at me when an ugly look,the girl at the counter,says yes??? I then tell her pick up for Michael,then she says with a rude attitude,Michael what??? then told her my last name and she gives me a nasty look too,I won’t be coming back to this Horrible wingstop,I hope this place goes out of business,and a restaurant,that knows how to treat their customers takes over!!!

Ordered a 15 piece… Halfway through eating realized it was only a 10 piece. Make sure you double check your order because apparently they don’t. So annoying.
