I specifically paid for all flats, extra crispy and well done wings. My wait time to receive the order was a hour. Once I arrived the wings were not well done and the fries were cold. I sent the order back and manager advised the cook. I received my order for the second time and they didn’t give me all flats. This place needs to have their franchise license revoke. Worst experience…again. Not sure what kind of clown is running/owns this business but he needs to pay attention and resolve all the issues on these reviews. Order online ahead of time…about 1.15 hours yet their lost my ticket…took them another 30+ minutes to do my order. They had 11 clients standing waiting for their orders that were all 30 to 60 minutes late. Ridiculous….you do not deserve to be in business running a place like this. Go to another wingstop…save your time. This always happens at this location. This is a management issue…even employees were arguing with each other in front of clients…wow!
