The food was scrumptious; the fries were hot and the portions were top tier .
I didn’t like the fact all the tables were dirty. I ask to have a table cleaned and was offered paper towels! What!? I don’t work here, please do better.

This cashier was so rude when we came in 10/18/25 @ 11pm.. we had left a concert and wanted to come eat some good wingstop! But no that changed as we walked into the doors of this establishment. Azally was irritated that we wanted to order more food she kept saying is that it? Then it started to get busy and she kept getting mad the fact they were getting busy! She told the customers after us that they are only taking online orders at the moment but they close at 2am? She definitely needs to find another job if it’s too much for her! Definitely won’t be back to this establishment again

This is the second time this Wingstop has messed up our order. I have a family of six, and every time we come here we spend around $140, so this isn’t a small order.
They constantly forget the ranch — extra ranch that we pay for. I give them the benefit of the doubt thinking it’s in the bag, but nope. No ranch. Wings without ranch is ridiculous.
On top of that, the fries were cold and the wings weren’t even hot. For how much this place charges, that’s unacceptable.
What really stood out was how poorly staffed the restaurant is. The cashier was taking orders and cleaning tables at the same time. That’s not fair to the employee, and it clearly affects service and food quality.
If the owner actually cares about this location, they need a real manager supervising and proper staffing. Stop cutting corners. Customers are paying too much for this level of service.
I wanted to like this place, but after multiple bad experiences, I won’t be coming back.

Horrible service. I come up to the counter ordering my food, like I have before at other locations. I put my name correctly, everything was good and payed. Then a bunch of people start coming in, didnt see my name up on the board and they gave me a completely different name on my receipt. I got an order 25 mins after waiting and wasn’t even mine. I gave it back and was already frustrated, I got my order finally and didnt even eat it fully and girl didnt even apologize for her mistakes. Never coming here again even if Im hungry.

Tables are dirty. We had to wipe our table just to be able to dine in. Long wait time. Seem to be under staffed. Don’t look clean and sanitary. This used to be the best Wingstop when they first came to Inglewood. Please do better.

Ordered and payed online for some fries. It was 16-21 minutes to be ready I waited 25 minutes to be sure they would be ready. Went in to pick up my order, they said no, we will start to make it now. It will be ready in about 5 minutes. I left came back in 10 and they were still not ready. I ordered well done lemon pepper fries. I received them soft not seasoned

I hate this location really hope they remove it one day. Keep trying to give them grace because their so close to the house but enough is ENOUGH this is the third time I’ve had an issue at this location. Like get rid of the STAFF or just close. Food is NEVER made when it’s supposed to, whats the point in ordering ONLINE for PICK UP if I still have to wait or the food order was supposedly not put in. But yall took the MONEY tho. Damn shame!!!

We to this place late night after Illenium. It was an absolute disaster. Food took 30 minutes to come out. Staff wasn’t helpful at all. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. There were NO, Zero trash cans inside the store. (See the picture) we were here both Friday night and Saturday night with about 40 others and the level of cleanliness and service was the same. This place is a disgrace to the brand name. Only positive was the food wasn’t terrible both nights.

You have to wait more than 40 minutes for your food. The place was a mess the floor was dirty and the tables were the same. When you step in you have no one to greet you. I ordered my food and they can’t even get that right. Forgot the dips didn’t put the right wings in. Absolutely terrible. Do not come here. Other wings stops are by far better.
