I always come here since it’s close to my house. I usually order online but today I went in. The cashier said it would be ready in about 10-15 min. We were waiting for around 20 minutes, and sitting right in front. Eventually I went to ask, and the bag had been sitting on the side for over 10 minutes. The cashier said she called our name but we didn’t hear it, she must’ve whispered it. The girl who took our order saw us sitting there and knew our order was ready. Instead, she let us sit there until we had to go up and ask. We would’ve been there all night. Horrible customer service.

I ordered through phone and the wings were dry so I asked for extra sauce but they charged me almost $2 for the extra sauce. So when I had told them that I wanted extra wet, and I had talked to the manager and he started arguing with me and started charging me for it. It ain’t a good place to order no more.
