Nothing but salty over seasoned food. I have tried this location multiple times and everything is over seasoned. Fries too salty. I had Louisiana rub a couple weeks ago and I had to rinse the massive amount of rub off in the sink. Had my dip on the side tonight and it’s incredibly salty and not mixes well.. Would rather taste the heat instead of the salt!
I won’t be back!. Chicken over cooked for my last 3 visits so not as tender. Chicken is way too crunchy and overcooked. Poor cooks at this location!!!!

I love me some wings. This location is inside the Red Rock casino. I’ve been there a few times now and the food is always really good. The lemon pepper fries are fantastic! I also liked the parmesan garlic fries but only in small doses as they’re a little strong. I just wish the service was a little faster at this particular Wing Stop.

I ordered from this Wingstop today at 3:38 PM. I specifically ordered ranch, but when I got my food, there was none in the bag. I checked my card and saw that I was charged for *extra ranch*, yet didn’t receive any at all. They also didn’t staple my receipt to the bag like they usually do.
When I tried calling to let them know about the mistake, every time someone answered, they either acted like they couldn’t hear me or just hung up. It was really disappointing. I’m not trying to be rude, but the staff seemed to struggle with communication, which might have caused the issue. Still, I was charged for something I never got, and no one would fix it. Very poor customer service, I feel bad saying it, but it’s sad to have such a bad experience over something so simple.

The wings were fine. No big concerns. It was the fries. We go to wingstop for the iconic fries. We were so disappointed that these fries were basic restaurant fries. I’m not sure if this is how they do the fries across wingstops in Nevada but in California, they are completely different and 100% better.

2.) Classic Lemon Pepper Combo $14.99 pieces were small and dry.

I wish I took a picture and posted. The wings were super small. Most of the bones were broken. There’s lots of locations in Las Vegas, but went to Red Rock casino‘s location because the service and the food quality have always been better, but not only was the food horrible this visit but the person who gave me my prepaid order was rude.

Serving us food was so rude. She let a black couple who was clearly not online go before us as we were deciding our order. Not only did she let another couple through, she wore a disgusting nose ring hoop like a bore, and made the food the least appetizing. Worst food ever.
