The staff was attentive and receptive. But the guy that was making the wings. I’m not sure if he washed his hands or not from the restroom. The food was good but with the dry rubs and cheese it seems its always a challenge to get it to stick. Prices where fair. They make good chicken to order and have the best fries by far.

Ordered through DD. Food was soggy and didnt receive any ranch, ordered a large. Chicken strips hardly had any sauce.
Had to DD a second time and let my food get more soggy and cold just to get canceled again! Their excuse they are out of ranch.
DD was told to exchange for blue cheese and canceled my order instead. Meli to be specific.
Did I mention I spent 45-50 dollars on both orders?!?!?!
Second time wingstop alamogordo dropped the ball. Last time I ordered before they closed. They closed the doors on my dasher even though they had confirmed the order. Dasher ended up canceling my order.
Management needs an evaluation desperately at this location. I mean 3.4 stars…. do better….

Terrible service and food!! Over an hour past quoted “ready time”. As I sat they’re waiting for my order, almost every customer who picked up their order walked back in a minute later because they were either missing items or they had the wrong order. The assistant manager Marie continues to tell the customers that it’s not her fault their orders are messed up as “A.I. is the one who takes the orders when you place it through the phone NOT her!” She had the nerve to tell a customer if they would have placed the order online versus the phone, they wouldn’t be having this problem. Don’t blame your system. A sorry excuse for a manager as well as a sorry excuse to give your customers for your mistakes. Don’t even bother calling the general manager Alex as he is NOOO help at all. He had an I don’t care attitude and was very condescending as well as sarcastic. I can see why his Assistant Manager talks to customers the way she did…She probably learned her customer service skills from him. Oh, and don’t bother ordering the corn. Completely burnt and inedible. The pictures attached speak for themselves. Our family LOVESSS Wingstop and happened to just be visiting relatives in Alamogordo and we were all super excited to visit this location. I should have looked at the reviews first. No wonder why they only have 3.4 Stars. Just sayin ♀️ smh!

Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 – Bulker Bundle of 16 classic wings, mango habanero and original hot sauces on the side, bleu cheese, and carrot sticks. We received 12 drumette and only 4 wingette (or flat) in terms of ratio for the wings. They were a bit over cooked and on the drier side but was crispy on the outside! The mango habanero sauce was great with a bit of sweet and spicy but the original hot is more of a vinegar/pepper hot sauce which was more sour. Since we got the sauces on the side, it doesn’t seem like the little container was enough. The carrot sticks were fresh and crunchy!
Ambience: n/a – ordered food to go. Restaurant was clean and well lit
Service: 5/5 – several workers in the kitchen overwhelmed with orders but the cashier did step out and was very friendly. She quoted 18-20 minutes wait which was spot on. During the time we were there, she assisted customers ordering, took phone calls, delivered food to the tables, packaged food, and remained friendly the entire time
Value for price: 5/5 – yummy wings, friendly service, and pretty quick turnaround. Wingstop is fairly consistent across their locations so usually reliable!

Customer Service is not the best the kitchen was dirty as hell! No gloves, no hair nets for two 10 piece wings. It took over 30 minutes. then they forgot to give you the vegetables then they forgot half the order. And came with drink but made you wait for your messed up order in order to get your cups for your drinks. The corn was ok pretty salted and didn’t enjoy biting dry corn

Employees are very nice. Food was made to order and very good! Got 2 10 piece boneless combos. The fries were cripsy and perfectly salted, the boneless wings were crispy and hot! The ranch and blue cleese are always delicious. The atomic, mango habanero and the original are all really good sauces. Also very clean inside.

The employees are nonchalant spent 15 mins standing there at the front they all kept on conversating with each other, in those 15 mins We(fam and i) noticed none of the cooks had gloves on nor hats they kept on touching their hair, face and tons of other items than touched the food, wiped their hands on their dirty jeans and shirts and kept on cooking without washing their hands it was Dirty after that we decided to walk out.
Horrible attention and customer service bad hygiene.

Food was pretty good. I waited a few months to try them after they opened. Ordered carryout online. Food was basically ready when I got there. I ordered Mild and Cajun boneless with Voodoo Fries. The Cajun chicken honestly didn’t have a lot of flavor but was alright. The mild was too mild, but it was good. Im definitely gonna try to go with original hot next time. The fries were the worst part. The first two on too were good, the rest were so soggy and nasty. I will still give them another chance with other items though.
