Normally the food here is pretty fresh however today it was not. Received my order pretty quick, which was surprisingly fast since normally they cook fresh to order. Chicken was small and dry. So hard I could not even bite into it. Very disappointed. Only reason they got two stars was because the manager Sherri made it right and offered to replace them. Sadly, I was on my way to work so I could not go back. Will update when I go back. Spent $15 on food that went straight to the trash. Gross!
Update: After 5 weeks, I finally went back. Food was super good, chicken was cooked perfectly and much bigger portions. Ordered the exact same thing to show a comparison! Cheri was there and was very polite, excellent customer service! Would definitely recommend.

Have been coming to this location for a long time. And I don’t usually have issues with this location. But today the employee in the photo was rude and feel like he doesn’t belong in front of house. I walk in and was asked if I had an order (which I will give him credit as part of the job he did do), gave him my name and he proceeds to go to the back and messes with receipts on the line. Proceeds to walk back around the corner, grab a broom and sweep by the TV in the far corner and gets on his phone without an update on the progress of my order. He is on his phone for a good bit of time and starts sweeping. After time, a line cook approaches and asks if I had been helped. Told her not really, explained how the other worker asked explained how the interaction went. She talks to him and comes back and asks “he did or didn’t help you?” As if he told her he did which was responded with no update was given. Rest of the evening with this employee was met with rude stares and attitude with other customers that would walk in. My orders very rarely have error and service is usually amazing here. But today just wasn’t the day. I understand bad days happen, but it should not be inflicted on customers

I’ve noticed this location likes to close early, as the team members get paid to refuse service, then proceed to stand around for half an hour doing nothing until midnight. At least update your hours.

I’ve only ordered food here twice online and I had issues both times. I’ll show up after the amount of time it estimates just give them a bit more time, but I still end up waiting. This last time I waited over 40 minutes after them telling me my order would be ready in 15 more minutes. Based on the service it’s not surprising because I just see all of the workers talking and joking around. They’re either not working or moving with no sense of urgency. The food is actually good, it is some of the worst service I have ever had I like Wingstop, but I’m not coming to this ever again. Just terrible service surrounded by a group of angry customers like myself while in the back it’s all smiles and laughing.

It somehow seems that no matter if I choose the wing to be crispy, it’s ALWAYS lost. I’ve done countless orders from this establishment. Yet, not once are the wings crispy. So I chose the ‘overcook’ option only to have to re begin my fight with salmonella… if you need wings from this company, do NOT choose here
