Every time I go to Wingstop, it hits. The wings are always hot, fresh, and perfectly sauced — not drowning, not dry, just right. The flavor options are unreal, but that classic Lemon Pepper? Elite.

I came in to pick up an order this evening for delivery, but it was not finished being prepared. So I had to wait several minutes for them to finish cooking. The fries appeared to be what they were still cooking. When the lady handed me the bag to deliver, she held onto it for dear life, asking me to confirm the order. She would not let go of the order. I told her, “I didn’t think you were going to let go of it,” as she was still holding onto it after I had already confirmed the order. It was so awkward.
I definitely don’t feel comfortable receiving orders from her. I’m hoping this won’t be a recurring issue. That was just awkward. I don’t need to be stealing chicken from Wingstop. I ordered $70 worth of chicken from Slim Chickens today, and they were very nice and helpful to me. I didn’t receive any treatment like this. So I will never be a recurring customer for Wingstop again.

I love the customer service. Friendly and informative staff. Raymond especially was an excellent help. We were quickly serviced, our food was ready fast! The 60-70s music is really great! Definitely come to this wing stop, they are awesome.
