I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your restaurant, which was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

Firstly, the wings I received were incredibly small—smaller than a dime—and appeared to have little to no chicken. They were essentially burnt pieces of breading. This is not the quality of food I expect from Wingstop. To make matters worse, my order was incomplete, and I did not receive the full 20 wings I paid for. Additionally, the fries I received were only half full, further adding to my frustration.

When I called to address these issues, I was met with poor customer service. I spoke with the manager, Esther, who was rude and completely lacked the skills to handle customer escalations. She placed me on hold for 7 minutes, stating she was “doing manager stuff in the back,” which is unacceptable. As a manager, she should know that addressing customer concerns, especially about food quality, should take priority.

To make the situation worse, when I requested a refund, Esther thought she had muted the phone, but I could clearly hear her venting her frustration about my refund request to her coworkers. This unprofessional behavior was deeply disappointing and showed a lack of respect for customers.

Additionally, the flavors I received were not what I had ordered, further compounding the issue.

I urge you to provide better management training to Esther, as her handling of this situation was unacceptable. She failed to represent your brand and left me with a very negative impression of Wingstop. I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback seriously and take steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

I look forward to a prompt response and resolution to this matter, including a refund for the incomplete and unsatisfactory order.

THIS PLACE HAS FEATHERS IN THERE FOOD!!!! , Well I placed a pickup order she couldn’t wait to hang up on me just another one of those people that hate the job they signed up for ! ordered 20 piece chicken meal DID NOT GET FRIES! They forgot them and there was a feather inside my chicken it poked the inside of my mouth and got me sick to my stomach sad to say my husband and son ate it all already it just so happened to be the last peice :/ and they won’t give my money back but it appears the more reviews I read isn’t the first time there was feathers in this places food

Of course, like everyone else put in an order for Super Bowl Sunday was greeted with the most unfriendliest girls Being completely rude, neglecting customers as well as arguing with another customer for asking for all flat wings, which I do know they are able to do so. I’m not sure why it was a big issue. Usually always come to this Wingstop over the other one down on Broadway, but after being dealt with the most rudest customer service I’ll think again before ordering here Customer service is a huge part in a business especially for orders that make you the most money!!!

I had called to see who cooked my wings today because omg they came out sooo good! I had to call to get the name they told the person cooking is Minoah idk if spelled that right but they through down in that kitchen today!! Wings came out crispy and delicious ! Give that person a raise will always make sure they’re cooking when I go.

Ok so let’s start this was my first time here, so can to try it out- not to happy with the service and surrounding
1. Wait time 1 hour
2. Tables dirty all around, crazy thing is that they don’t have a trash cans for the customer to throw the food away themselves
3. And the cashier there are just like 10 minutes then would ask after 15min o 10 more.
4. Mr. Or Ms. WingStop you can make delicious food, but if service and attitude come with the meal too mmmm No thanks.
5. A great answer the cashier’s would be so sorry it does get really busy some suggestions Call head or Do a online. Diffently walk in seams did not get any priority. I ended up taking it home to eat there.

Ordering person for dine in, and ordered well done wings. Not only was it ordered
to-go (soggy wings and fries in a bag) which we hate. But the wings were undercooked compared to over cooked. Maybe they were busy? But I paid for what I paid for ; well done wings, not under cooked.

I call back a few days later… with receipt, they say there’s nothing they can do?
Alright well I guess you lost my business .

Lol the fries taste like potato chips and the wings HORRIBLE! Who ever is frying in the back sucks! Because the this is the 2nd time I come here and it’s the same as the first time. Nothing but oil and dry wings! The girl with the blonde hair is super nice and the girl with the glasses was rude couldn’t even acknowledge customers coming in. It was never like this! Not sure what happen but I will never be coming back.
