My boyfriend and I came to this location on national wing day (Saturday, July 29, 2023). It was kinda crazy inside. Super busy and people were everywhere. BUT, the workers were so kind and patient. No one was giving attitude to the customers and likewise, no attitude was given to the workers while we were there. We had to wait a bit for our wings to be done (we ordered 24 + 5 free ones and fries), but we didn’t wait long.. maybe 8 minutes on top of the 33 we were quoted online? Not too bad and totally understandable. You should’ve seen the tickets coming off the printer in the short time we were there.. they were slammed! Our fries were cold, BUT our wings were on point and that was the real reason we visited them. No complaints from us. Top notch service. Very happy customers.

Unfathomably slow and unprofessional, a complete waste of time. Edit: it turns out they’re not only slow, but illiterate and utterly incompetent. My customers order was sitting on the rack the entire time while I waited for 20 minutes only for them to say “oops we should’ve called that out”. This location is beyond awful and should be shut down, or for the entire crew to be fired and replaced, I have never encountered a worse Wingstop in all my time delivering.

I waited over an hour for my order. It was 20 wings and fries, not catering a huge meal. Every time I order online they don’t start making it until I arrive. Even then it takes longer than the projected time to prepare. Some workers appear to be productive, but others look like they’re just standing around. They’ll say they’re a busy location, but other locations can prepare food in time without issue. They need better management asap.

This Wingstop has never done us wrong. Had to go to the one in Surprise to truly appreciate this one lol. The wait might be long at times, but at least they get the order right and actually flavor the wings correctly. The one in Surprise barely lets the chicken touch the sauce.

Ordered 50 wings for the game tonight. 20 bbq, 20 mild, 10 lemon pepper. Didn’t get any lemon pepper, so I counted the wings and I only had 45. Not only did I not get what I paid for but I got shorted on wings also.

Ordered online and it said 33 minutes. Got there exaclty 33 minutes on Saturday only to be told it was going to take another 30 min after she found our recipt on the bottom of a huge pile! I ordered 30 min prior to coming in and had to wait another 30 min to receive food. I look in the back and some people are standing around and preparing food WITHOUT gloves. Extremely disappointed
