I have tried this location 2 times and both times were very disappointing. The last time was on 12.29.25. At time of ordering we was quoted 15-20 minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting, I asked for an update and was told we got backed up and it’s coming up soon. After 45 minutes I asked for a refund and the manager had no problem voiding my transaction and had ZERO concern for loosing the buisness. If you as a company are going to focus on your online purchasing orders, do the in store customer the courtesy of closing down your dinning room option and just focus on the online model. The in-store option is a HORRIBLE experience. I will never return and will only get my wings moving forward from Buffalo Wild Wings were I sit have a drink, eat my wings and leave in less time than it takes to just get my wings from Wingstop.

Excellent customer service! My wings were hot and freshly made upon pickup. I got the Bayou BBQ and Mango Habanero. Both types were raging in flavor! Highly recommended. Don’t forget the RANCH!!

Ordered through UberEats and as you can see from the photo and my receipt I am missing 20 wings. I contacted UberEats as well as the driver. I was not able to reach the driver and UberEats said they are unable to issue a refund. I called this location, had to wait on hold, and then was told my missing food was not there and that they would not do anything to fix this issue.
The food was tossed around in the bag, and the quality is not great. The flavor of the wings we did receive is not good, and the fries are extremely soggy. Unfortunately we won’t be eating here (or ordering through UberEats) again.

Honestly, I love the wings, like they are super delicious, but for whatever reason the orders always takes so long to get. I waited 30 minutes for a dozen wings.

I placed an order at 10:15 for pick up and got an email stating it would be ready in 15-21 minutes. I showed up at 10:35 and was told it’s not ready to have a seat, so my husband waited for 45 minutes and nothing. I called twice to check status the first time I called at 10:45 spoke with a girl didn’t get her name she stated the ticket order was lost and they just found it and we’re working on the order it would be another 15 minutes. I called back at 11:08 and spoke with John he stated that they were working on it and would be another 15 minutes. At this point it’s well over an hour and no order, John knew my husband had been sitting in there waiting for an hour he said they put extra wings for the inconvenience of the wait. We drive home to realize there was not dip or anything but wings in the bag, called back again for the 3rd time and spoke with John again, he apologized and said the order didn’t have and dip And I told him I was charged for one dip. He stated he was gonna start the refund process and apologized again. This whole ordeal was just ridiculous to have to wait an hour and a half for it still to be wrong. While we waited, 16 cars of people dining in and picking up went in, got their food left ate their food left, but we still waited for an online order absolutely ridiculous.
