Just Give Me the Ranch and Spoon:

​You think you’re going to Wingstop for the wings. That’s a classic rookie mistake. You’re going for the ranch. The wings are just a clever, delicious delivery vehicle for what can only be described as a creamy, tangy, herby masterpiece.

​This isn’t your average, run-of-the-mill, bottled ranch. This is the top tier. It’s the ranch that other ranches whisper about in fear. It’s so rich and so perfectly balanced that it has no business being this good.

I’m pretty sure it’s an illegal substance in several states because it’s just that addictive. I’ve considered ordering a family-sized bag of carrots just so I have more things to dip, but let’s be real, a spoon would work just fine.

​The Wingstop ranch is the reason for the season. It makes a bad day better, a good day great, and a regular wing a divine experience. I don’t know what they put in it, but I’m pretty sure it’s magic.

Five stars, would bathe in it if it were socially acceptable.

I had placed an online order and I arrived at my schedule time only to wait an extra 10 minutes for my food. I checked my order and everything looked good so I headed home. When I got home and bit into my chicken sandwich it was ice cold. How is the chicken ice cold? I can see why this location has 2.7 stars. I highly recommend u check ur food and make sure it’s warm before you leave!

Ordered ahead of time was given a time food was not ready was told 5 minutes 3 times. Food came was not correct the frys where burnt over cooked. The people just don’t care and it reflects leadership. Or should I say the lack there of!!!

If I ran my business like this I would be bankrupt!!!

Food was sloppy not correct in the order and no care about it from staff of manager!!! This is why they are failing…

Never go to this “business” they scam you by ordering online and when their system doesn’t work it still allows you to process payment without your order actually being received leaving you without your money you placed for your order. When I called the management are joker teenagers that don’t care they don’t refund you the money you spent they do not offer compensation for your missed money. The district manager/general manager is a joke they don’t reach out or return calls about the matter either. Do not come here unless you want to be scammed out of money.

This location has made me forget the original stumbling of 3 years ago. Service was poor. The food took forever to cook. It was horrible & threatened my continues patronage.

My last visit was everything a 5-star, fast food restaurant should be. Service was great. The food tasted great. My order was correct.

The app was simple & easy to navigate. Great experience.

Wish I would have read these reviews prior to ordering from this location.

We received our order 30 minutes after the anticipated time.
When we got home 20 wings out of our 30 piece order were full of feathers, hair and all of it was cold.
The manager on duty when I called is named Elizabeth, she refunded my money with no questions asked and did not require me to return the wings to the store. It appeared that this was something she has heard before.
I asked just out of curiosity what the protocol was for cleaning the wings and she stated she wasn’t sure, she apologized for not knowing the answer to my question and then said “if you don’t receive a refund in 7-10 days call the store back and they might be able to give you a cash refund. WHAT?!!

I will not be ordering from this location again!

Okay, I have no issue with the taste of the food but this location seriously needs to do better quality control. For the 3rd time ordering from them since July, I’ve found feathers still attached to the chicken. The first 2 times it was only a small feather or two but this time, there are several long feathers hanging onto the wing. How is it possible that the cook didn’t see this?! Or maybe they did and decided to serve it anyway. Either way, this will be my last time ordering from this location. This was a complete turn off. I’ve never had this happen any other place I’ve ordered wings from.
