I ordered my food online. I placed an order of 20c with mango habanero, spicy Korean and Cajun all boneless and Louisiana voodoo fries. First of all, the food arrived cold so I had to drive all the way to the restaurant. Second, I was missing ranch in my order that I had purchased four and received none. Third, the fries I had were very cold and with out the cheese sauce! It cost $4 extra for those large fries. Fourth, the sauce and rubs on the boneless wings were not to the appropriate coating because they Looked dried and sauceless. The boneless wings if you can’t tell have very small sizes that wouldn’t even consider to be a wing. It was a nugget. I am so angry that I spent over $20 for food to be cold, sauceless, nuggets/small, no ranch and above all make me feel sick. When I went back to the restaurant to ask for a refund, the lady ripped the bag out of my hand and was very rude to me. I have never seen such poor customer service with an issue they had created. They used no gloves and grabbed the inside of a bowl for the fries. The wings were sitting in the basket for who knows how long then getting deep fried. This is such a health code food violation. This is the reason I was puking my guts out after eating the crappy food. The employees were very rude to me when I politely brought up my concerns regarding my order. I am never going back here again!! The food sucked, the customer service sucked, the atmosphere sucked and ordering through online or in person sucked. They failed twice because they went to create my order a second time, but failed on the fries again, the wings boneless and missing the ranch!!!! So devastating and absolutely dissatisfied with how all this went down.

I’m so glad we finally have another place that stays open later than 9pm! Good place to get some chicken and fries. Service was a little slow but also that means the food was fresh because they started cooking after we ordered. Fries were really good. We tried the garlic parm and the hickory smoked bbq. Both were good but the garlic parm was better! Overall good experience, we’ll be back!

The ladies were efficient and personable. The lemon pepper wings were perfect! I stopped going to Buffalo Wild Wings because I would have small piles of seasoning NOT on the wings but on the paper. When you love lemon pepper, you know that is unacceptable! Will definitely be back!

I hope the franchise owner read this and not to hurt the company but make it better . For the employees that work there , thank you for all you do to help people have delicious food .

So I didn’t say anything the last 3 orders and I won’t make it a big deal . But this was the 3rd opportunity to give wingstop redcliffs a chance .

My order did not come out right when we order it. Please listen to customers and when you send it down to the kitchen line . Please cooks read the ticket correctly .

That’s not fair for us that pay for a service and the process from start to finish doesn’t come out as what we expected .
Food is delicious . But the execution and delivery of the order is incorrrecr

Not a good experience at all they only have 3 tables to seat at , the ordering went well I ordered all flats extra crispy they advised it was going to be a bit longer due to the request that was fine , we were told 18 minutes . 20 , 30 then 45 minutes went by with not one communication from the staff advising of a problem. My spouse went up and inquired about our food . The counter clerk advised they were dishing up now . They apologized for the kitchen having an issue but people that ordered after us got food wayyyy before us , we then received our food the fries were warm and soggy , my extra crispy flats were soggy and no warmth to them whatsoever . Night crew and morning crew are always on point and do a really good job, I can usually tell by now when I walk in what kind of experience I’ll have depending on who is working but this location is good! Last time I visited here the guy lied about how many ranches the meal deal came with then when I called it out he gave me a free drink, would’ve been nice to not have to spend the extra cash. They need to train the managers and staff better

Employees never use gloves. Along with having to wait over 45 minutes for an order because they would rather talk to the area manager an hang out then continuing to make our order. Then proceed to get mad and irritated that when they gave us our order because they forgot to put it in a bag so we had to ask them to do so.

I’ve ordered a lot of wings from this store. Lately they have been slacking with actually making a good chicken wing. Around the 4th of July they made some amazingly seasoned wings. Now apparently they’re on a budget and you actually have to search around the wings to find one speck of seasoning. When I called to complain,the manager lady was pretty rude to me for even asking for a refund. I wanted to bring them the wings to show them but she didn’t want me to bring them to her store. Definitely making a complaint about with their main Google page so she can actually try to be a nicer manager.

Gave me and my family food poisoning. What’s crazy is dining in they take forever to give the food and it’s not even busy. NO GLOVES. I’ve seen the employees use no gloves while cooking and preparing food. I Will not return to this location I don’t trust it. I don’t know when’s the last time I or my family have gotten food poisoning. Do better, especially a brand new location. One of the girls who was helping us didn’t seem to like her job. Keep in mind this was Easter Day and we had came from cedar city just to get an attitude and food poisoning
