I have been here twice now and I am surprised I even came back after the first time. Food is decent quality considering the steep price but the fries are soggy like everyone says. The service is slow because the wings are fresh, the tenders are far better. The first time I was here a worker was trying to organize a “fight out back” in the rear parking lot of the strip mall. The wings are amazing, but the only issue was the wait time. It took over 20 mins to get 20 wings. We had walked in and ordered, which was part of the problem. I could have ordered beforehand. The seating was a bench if you weren’t eating at the store. Wasn’t very comfortable, but it was ok. The place was clean, and the people were nice enough, but it would have been nice to have someone check in on us, but no one did till the food was done.

We wandered in because we were feeling pizza and wings sounded good and Wingstop is right next to where we decided on pizza. Sam took great care of us and was delightful to work with. Knowledgeable and friendly without trying to sell everything giving honest opinions without judgement that you may have a differing opinion. Very refreshing to experience.

What a joke of a business. The absolute worst customer service. The employees and management are dismissive to customers. I went on Sunday night with my family we ordered 30pc and I ordered separate a 10pc boneless combo under the name of Samantha and unfortunately we got two bags because it was TO GO I checked the bags and I was missing the 10pc. Combo so I went back for the missing order when I was on the way I open the bag and it was only one small box with 5pc. Only and the fries were cold. It was a terrible experience.
