I got the classic wings for lunch today. They were cooked unevenly, the sauce was not covering all of the wings. I decided that since most locations have been fine I would just trust it and discard my negative thoughts. I quickly became sick after eating the wings. This has never happened to me at other locations. I’m just disappointed and concerned. Hard to want to go to a two g stop again if they aren’t ensuring that employees keep consistency of quality high. At least high enough to not get people sick.

They gave us burnt fries!? Don’t bother ordering here for dinner. The wait was long and there were only 3 employees working. The wings were not good either. It lacked sauce. We got the Mango Habanero and Garlic Parmesan and it tastes like nothing. Tasted like nothing at all. No sauce, no flavor, and burnt fries. Save money and order else where.

We went on a night that was super busy for this location so it took quite a while to get our food. Once we did it was definitely #worththewait. The voodo fries were really good with the cheese and ranch. We chose the Spicy Korean Q and Garlic Parmesan flavors. Overall, the wait was really long, but we left feeling full and satisfied.

My peers and I are from out of town and were craving some wings. We ordered some combos from here tonight and when the delivery person arrived we realized that half of our order was missing. This should’ve been a sign. I was hungry and decided to make best of the situation. The wings ended up being undercooked and I literally threw up right after picking at them. I beg of you, do not order from here. Your order and stomach will most likely be screwed up.

The prices for wings are ridiculously high & I’m very disappointed that the quality of my wings was very bad.If you want undercooked wings with very little sauce this is the place. My wings were not even fully covered in sauce and had very little seasoning aside from being chewy. I couldn’t even get another bite. I paid 25 dollars for just 10 classic wings and ranch. I even requested well cooked to avoid the same soggy quality from a previous order. my previous experience at this location was just as bad. Never again I’ve learned my lesson. General Manager and employees GET IT TOGETHER ! It’s not so hard the timer of the wings does the job for you already it’s not hard to click the extra time cooked. No need to rush just because you want to go home already I pay full price I expect the to receive good quality. What’s the mission statement of this company? ?

We usually enjoy any trip to Wing Stop. It’s our favorite place to get wings. However yesterday, I had a really feathery wing in my to go order. And of course I understand that I’m eating chicken. A feather here out there is completely normal. But this wing has C 10+ feathers all over the side and it made me lose my appetite. A little more quality control would have been appreciated.
ALSO. We ordered and paid for 2 of the wings for 2 meals, both with bone in wings, and one of our orders was boneless. Again, quality control.

I picked up a take out order on 4/28. The staff was nice but seemed really overwhelmed. But, they got my order ready quickly, and the food tasted great! I tried the new parmesean rub chicken sandwich. It wasn’t bad, but it was a bit dry and missing it’s pickles. For its price, I wished it came with mayo! But, it’s definitely not bad. I loved the seasoned fries, and the cajun corn on the cob had a great flavor and spice to it. I’ll definitely be going back.
