Food was good if you liked your wings half sauced, but when I walked in the kitchen boom box was 10x louder than the lobby music, and it was sexually explicit, total failure on Managements part. If that okay you won’t keep customers. Also I work in a kitchen and I know the standards and this place is way off. Presentation was horrible, Environment was dirty and tables full of trash. Management, obviously not there or is totally fine with 3 person crew that runs the kitchen how ever they want, and to have music being explicit is beyond me.

Absolutely the worse Wingstop in America. Typical for Tooele tbh. The chicken sandwich is chewy like beef jerky. Flavorless. The wings cold as just taken out of fridge warmed up. The garlic Parmesan is just Parmesan and cheap at best. This is disturbing that this is what has come to Tooele stay away. Applebees is way better. The fries are not even worthy to be called food. Dogs would not even eat it. Then cheese sauce is the champ here. Why? Because canned food was better. Don’t go here. Save yourself and get something else. What a joke for food. The size of the chicken is just slightly bigger that the thinner fork. Trust me there is all breading zero chicken. Pictures for the win yall. Stay away. Zero return of food quality for price you pay.

Overall, I think that this food was amazing! Good amount and quality for the price! A few things to note are that the combos come with a very large serving of fries, easily enough to split between two people. Another thing is that because the restaurant is still new (as of March 2025) so it’s pretty busy. They told us it would take 30 minutes to get our food out at 3:30 PM, and it took exactly that amount of time. All in all, good service, high quality chicken, large serving sizes, and a longer wait time. I’m excited to have this in Tooele! Highly recommend the Garlic Parmesan wings!

How many times does a customer have to walk in for someone to notice them? I can’t describe how disgusting it is to watch an employee washing dishes and then going around to prepare food with soap on their hands, THEN YOU DONT EVEN WASH THEM WHEN FINISHING THE FOOD?!? gross and so unprofessional. Get better employees and train your staff on the basic food safety measures and standards. This place should be shut down!!!!!

My family and I came in to dine in. When we arrived there was no one in line. We stood there for 15 minutes waiting to place our order. The staff ignored us and focused on the online orders. 4 people came in after us for online orders and got their food before anyone took our order. The food has been good, but the staff here do not pay attention to dine in customers. We came in at 1:15 on Sunday 9 Nov. We are fairly regular customers but the last few times we’ve been in the staff has been severely lacking in there service.

My wife drove 20 minutes to pick up a Togo order. Bought the 10 piece combo and she didn’t notice until she got home that they shorted her 5 wings. 40 minutes in the car NEVER AGAIN. Get it together people.

My sister went to go get dinner and gave her completely raw chicken. They wouldn’t give her a refund only credit. You see how much she ate and could get sick from it . You really think she will eat there again? Disgusting
