My experience with Wingstop has always been iffy, but this was the nail in the coffin. Ordered through the app and a whole bag was missed on pickup. Had to call to get it resolved and waited on hold, the resolution was to have it remade and picked up. That bag was still missing part of the original order and had been substituted with something not part of the order and not wanted. Just won’t be ordering from wingstop again, there are better wings with less hassle from other places.

You get what you paid for. Ordered online and received leftover fried fries which they normally throw out. The lady told us to that we had to wait 20 for a new fresh and insisted that we wait which we did. Almost 1 hour later later we finally received a new tray but the fires weeee all burnt and soggy. And oily. We left after with a positive Atticus but knowing this 2/10 if I would’ve known not to go back to this location I advise not to. Plain disgusting and disrespectful to their customers

Told me they were “just starting my order” when I got there 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready… took an additional 20 minutes to get it. Food made me sick. They also only gave us 2 flats out of 30 wings…. I literally don’t like the drums to my gf eats the drums and I eat the flats so guess who only got 2 wings. Don’t use this location. Employees were rude and didn’t apologize for the inconvenience.

Got an order to go, it was very quick. Food was ready fast the store is nice and clean. Daniel was helpful and gave me a ranch (I selected ranch and blue cheese honestly if we order 30 wings we should get 3 sauces) but anyways he was real cool and this is a nice store.
