Piss poor customer service. First they just say hello when you call the store and give no indication you’re actually calling a business. Then when they get your delivery wrong they won’t replace it, they say you can come to the store and get it replaced or get a credit, which of course the credit never comes through. If it was a case of the delivery driver grabbing the wrong order I would understand but this was Wingstop bagging a wrong item, giving me corn instead of wings, the rest of the order was correct so it was their mistake and they should have corrected it.
I would skip the location in Daybreak.

The wings are chicken nuggets not actual chicken wings. The fries taste like they haven’t changed their oil in weeks. I dined in and didn’t even know where to put my trash afterwards because they didn’t have trash cans for dine in customers. I had to go behind the counter and ask for someone to throw my trash away. I was really excited to try this place out, but definitely not going back

Wingstop has fallen! Or it might just be this location!! Workers provide terrible customer service. On two different occasions, I have had feathers in my wings! I saw the feathers and lost my appetite and threw my whole meal away. Not only that they always mess up my order in one way or another, one time I got someone else’s order another time they forgot fries. When I called to get compensated for the missing item I was blown off and the issue was not handled.
On top of all this last night I ate there and my wife got FOOD POISONING!

This was my 3rd attempt at this location since they opened and once again the customer service was more than lacking. I arrived at 8pm. Not to busy 3 employees. Two males one female. The customers in front of me were briefly chatting with the male employee with long hair. I heard them talking about a volleyball game that was won by their daughter. The employee walk to the back. I approached the counter and was not acknowledged. I decided to place my order online still yet to be acknowledged. I then sat in the lobby for a bit longer. Finally another male employee asked me what I was waiting for. I told him that I got tired of waiting to place my order at the counter and did it online. I told him I was on the board. He asked my name. He went back and said something to the other male employee with long hair about me waiting. By this time the people that were ahead of me have now gotten their order. Then their was a lady that walked in placed her order after I did. Still got her order before I did. The family that was ahead of me have now finished their order and as they were leaving I said I found it absolutely unacceptable that I still had not received my order. 10 piece wing combo. Another 5 minutes go by it’s now 9pm and I was still waiting. Finally I was handed my order and I had to ask for my cup. The employee stated they didn’t give you your cup. I replied no and said this place has the worst customer service. Got to my car and my fries were cold. Looked on the slip attached to my order and it had an 8:29pm time on it. I wasn’t handed my order until 9:07. The long haired employee had gone to the back leaving the other employee up front. This was the employee that had asked my name earlier. There was one other couple in the store at this time. I have tried 3 times and the customer service has failed 2 out of the 3 times. The first time was right after they had opened and that night I was handed my bag and told them all that there needed to be less goofing off and better customer service. The second time I went during the daytime and there was no major issue. Just a bit slow. They need some serious customer service training. I will not be coming back. I will drive to the Taylorsville location.

We used to eat at Wingstop all the time in California, years ago. I was so excited to see one come to Daybreak here in South Jordan. We ordered the other night and boy were we happy. It was so good, hot fresh, and fast. The whole order was perfect, everything was spot on. Their blue cheese and ranch dressing are both amazing, the side order of carrots and celery were some of the freshest, crispy veggies. My husband does not like spicy anything , we ordered him the garlic Parmesan wings, he loves them. They are so good. The order came with two chicken tenders and they were so tasty. I love the original hot wing sauce and it is perfect. I cannot comment on the atmosphere as we did not eat in the restaurant, it was a takeout order. I will definitely be recommending Wingstop to friends and family.

We ordered an online order, we were quoted 18 minutes, by the time my husband finally came back with our order, it was over 30 minutes late. He had a terrible experience with the staff in the store- all but two of the staff took a break in the back with a very busy rush. Super unprofessional, saying loudly how busy the store was, and how much money had been made so far.
We also ordered the corn with fry seasoning, it came with CAJUN, which is not what we ordered, and VERY spicy. I’m not sure we’ll be coming back. I should have read the reviews before ordering, honestly.

I’ve been to this location 3 separate times now and I was hoping 3rd time would be the charm, but I’ve had issues with my order every time. The first time I waited over an hour for my order, and once I was finally home, I realized my wings were not seasoned. Second time I ordered I got 8 pieces of corn when I paid for a 10 piece on top of them being cold and under seasoned. The third time I had a similar issue with undercooked and under seasoned corn as well as long wait times.

We just waited 50 min for three 6-piece wing combos. Everyone in the restaurant was in the same boat. Everything we ordered was crazy salty.
This location is still new. (July 3, 2025) While growing pains are expected, they were too egregious to overlook. I won’t be back anytime soon.
On a positive note, Joyce was extremely friendly and calm, doing her best in a tough situation- the only reason I’m giving more than 1 star.

Waste of my time. The cashier spent like 5 minutes just checking to see if my $20 bill was real. I waited 30 minutes for my food and had no time to eat it during my lunch break. Bro wasn’t even breaking a sweat. Like come onnn. Pick up the pace and stop taking your sweet time. There were also teenagers there that were gonna be late to class. Have some respect for real.
