I got the 50 piece with fries combo with a couple of buddies. The wings were very good and the fries were good as well. They were a little behind on our order, but it appeared that a lot of people were ordering large orders to go that night. Overall good food.

I had an absolute 10/10 experience today. The restaurant was very clean, the staff was so helpful and friendly, and the food was delicious and FAST. Ray was so kind to my young kids and made sure we were all taken care of. It was one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time.

Very expensive, the french fries were salty to the point I couldn’t finish half of them just so much salt. They had vulgar r&b music playing on the overheads, which made me very uncomfortable. Probably won’t be back. The boneless chicken itself was decent.

This location is a significant disappointment compared to other restaurants in this chain, which I’ve enjoyed in almost 15 states. My recent meal was unacceptable. The wings were not tossed in sauce, it was just dumped on top, resulting in uneven flavor and texture, and the fries were a mix of old, soggy pieces and fresh, dry ones. When I inquired about the wing preparation, staff blamed a hood cleaning scheduled for 3+ hours later, which made no sense. They also refused to provide the name of the employee/manager who carelessly made the wings (‘Shealeigh’ was on the receipt that she logged into the computer to ring up another side of Blue cheese), citing ‘private information,’ and seemed trained to conceal manager details. My email to corporate about these issues went unanswered. I strongly advise against visiting this location due to poor food quality and unprofessional staff behavior, that apparently has become the standard here. Wing Stop is usually my favorite wing chain. So if you are traveling try them! You’ll be surprised how tasty they are elsewhere…

Food is alright but everything else was a bad experience.
The restaurant was pretty empty so you would expect that it would be clean but it wasn’t. The bathroom was disgusting and obviously not attended to. There wasn’t a trash an to dump the garbage in after I was done with my food and I had to wait 30 minutes for my food. It would have been faster to go to BWs. They didn’t drop the wings until 3 or 4 more people came in and they had more orders. The employees were just sitting around, only one guy out of the 4 there was doing anything. The coke machine was also out of a lot of flavors. Just disappointed with the experience and service here. I don’t plan on going back and don’t recommend people go unless they are planning on waiting as long as you would for a sit down restaurant.

The service was great, and the tables were clean, but the food was gross. I came a few months ago and thought the taste was decent, so I wanted to try it again today since I was feeling fried chicken. I got the Louisiana Rub and Hawaiian flavors this time, and the taste was so bad. I couldn’t finish it because I felt sick after eating it. I regret wasting my money on a such a gross meal.

Don’t waste you time or money. 20 minutes and about $17 for 7 wings that were stacked on top of each other with different flavors, burnt and over seasoned fries and a hair in my ranch. Lost my appetite for expensive gross two fries and a bite of wing before the hair…
