I don’t even do reviews but this was a must. The guy I spoke to , today and last night was very unprofessional and hung up on me today. So my food was not prepared properly, I asked for boneless mild wings and I got plain chicken nuggets. I even called and spoke to a shift lead about the situation and he tells me today I needed to have the food in hand to get a refund or for them to remake my food. None of this information was told to me yesterday when I spoke to him on the phone. Pictures have been attached. One thing that pissed me off, the GM and the managers wouldn’t allow my pictures, so here they are. I will never eat here again and I see all the reviews are bad.

We ordered takeout on this particular dinner meal. Our cashier was professional. We ordered the meal for two with garlic Parmesan & mild sauce, with fries and two drinks. We sat in the store and waited for about 10-15 minutes before our food was ready. Drink machines were operating good with at least 10 beverage choices to choose from (sodas, iced teas, caffeine free and diet options). I feel the price was great for what we ordered. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the seasoning on the French fries… they were very salty with a sweet tinge to them. Not really for me but my husband enjoyed them.
I recommend this wing place. Cheaper than BWW, but not as good as golden flame hot wings.

2nd time in a row ordering from here and the order was messed up once delivered to us. No ranch, even though we paid extra for it, on both times.
When I called and asked why this keeps happening, their shift lead response was “we are very busy so sometimes things get over looked”. They were unapologetic, never said I’m sorry about the issue or even tried helping me with a resolution and then they just abruptly hung up the phone on me.
Do not order from this place. There is a reason they have horrible reviews.

I put a specific pick up time and I had to wait because they were cleaning up the entire floor, all the workers were covered in water and had squeegee’s trying to clean the floor at 7:15 PM. Seems a little early to me to be doing cleaning. I was supposed to get eight hot wings and they consider these three wings I guess. I would say they’re about half of a bite super disappointed that I paid for 99% breading.

We’ve eaten at this Wingstop many, many times and only had 1 or 2 mediocre experiences.
Parking is usually a challenge because it’s in a busy strip mall, but we always carry out and I’ve always been able to find at least one open spot. The restaurant, itself, is generally clean, if not super tidy. Service is always quick and I’ve never had to wait for more than a few minutes to pay for my food.
Food-wise, this is a favorite of ours. Our favorite flavors are Lemon Pepper, Louisiana BBQ, and Mango Habanero (in that order). We’ve tried some other flavors and felt they were ok, but always return to our tried and trues… Their French Fries are also always good and their Ranch dressing is to die for!
One thing that I would recommend: always get bone-in wings. We’ve tried the boneless wings, before, and they’re basically dry chicken nuggets…

This location is horrible with getting orders out on time. It’s not the employees’ fault; the owner or manager should have more people on staff. Especially during football season. We placed an order for pick up at 5:30pm. The order wasn’t ready to go until 6:40pm. There were several angry customers in the lobby, complaining about their orders and the amount of time they were waiting. I also have an issue with this location not cooking wings to order. I always order them well done, to prevent them from being undercooked and chewy. Several times my request was ignored, despite me calling in orders over the phone to ensure it was not missed while ordering online. I know my business will not bankrupt Wingstop, but I will not order from them again.

this is what i spend my money on. Oh and don’t forget wing stop isn’t cheap. i’m beyond disappointed. i also asked for extra og hot and got nothing lol. my fries all came out dry but heh that 7 bucks down the drain. if you’re gonna do a bad job might as well make it cheaper. ridiculous priceS for HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FOOD!!!

Ordered food from Stetson Hills location that’s about 4 miles away. Wife gets home and my lemon pepper wings (that were ordered with extra cooking time) weren’t done. There was NOTHING “well done” about my food. Simple order that they can’t seem to get right 1 of every 3 times we go there. I call and talk to the manager. I DON’T want a store credit. If I have to drive BACK to you for something YOU got wrong, a refund on only my wings isn’t cutting it. You can keep that $20. The kids love it, but this is the last time I’m spending money with this place ever.

The staff gave no attention to the take out order I placed, which was the same order as last week when I walked in to place the order and all was well. I asked for the chicken and fries to be cooked longer than normal, with each cooked less than normal. I asked for a normal amount of seasoning, with a large volume and salt the result. I asked for blue cheese dressing, but received ranch dressing. When I was unable to Oder extra Original Hot sauce online, I was charged separately at pickup when asked for in person and having paid online when I placed the order. Again, it wasn’t available to me online. Now that we’re all paying tips that we didn’t before COVID, how about earning it! What a significant disappointment!

Went To Wing Stop Today, On The Super Bowl. Normally, it’s not that busy, but since today was an event, it was packed. I ordered ahead online, and there was a long wait, which was expected. The employees still remained professional, with how many people there were.
Although, a few of the drink options were broken on the fountain machine, such as coke. But the food itself was really good, I got a “Classic Hot Chicken Sandwhich” which was amazing with their ranch. The sandwhich was crispy, but not dry, and cooked perfectly. The seasoning also went well with chicken. Their wings were also really good, I think we got the spicy barbecue wings, which was perfectly crispy with a kick of spice. Although the fries, on the other hand, were soggy, and this has happened multiple times, the fries are never cooked fully.
Overall, though, it’s a pretty good experience!
