I absolutely hate to be the person to leave a horrible review. I came in close to closing, so maybe that’s it, but I work late and that’s not something that’s up to me. (I work food service myself, it’s not fun when people come in close to close, but no excuse to be rude) The cashier unfortunately was incredibly rude and had a horrible attitude. Our fries were incorrect, half of our waiting time we saw the cashier go around the kitchen with her cellphone in her hand, leaning and texting, then going to touch the fryer baskets shortly after. Even when we were handed our food, we thanked her and she just blankly stared and said nothing, and we left. The food handling seemed questionable overall, and the service was beyond dissapointing and not deserved.

my experience eating here was absolutely amazing. The costumer service was on point by Karla and Joselyn. They were patiently waiting for us to order since this was my family and my first time eating at wingstop. definitely coming back to this wingstop to try different flavors!!

Man a worker sneeze dead on my fries in front of me I’m sitting here looking like a deer in headlights because “I just know the worker is not approaching me with sneeze on fries”. Told them to make it over and you can sense the attitude but they happily did and I happily watched. Will not be back

I ordered through the app. The driver took forty extra minutes on a five minute delivery and gave me someone else’s order.
C crew on duty Sundays. It’s unfortunate dashers can’t confirm you’ve done your job correctly. There’s no accountability. Never order delivery from here. Are you under the same management of the location on Academy? Because that would explain a lot.

Wing stop fries are usually not the best but I went early around the time they opened a the fries was already burnt and overcooked. This location is hit or miss usually but these fries was unacceptable they really should have thought twice before packing them in the bag to sell to someone. If it’s not the fries then sometimes the wings are freezer burned.. or not even cooked to order(flats or well done) thats why I say this location is hit or miss. Went back 11/18 around 4:30pfor some lemon pepper wings. Its really ridiculous that they would even sell such wings terrible no seasoning or anything

Three times now I’ve dealt with cold, overcooked wings with an astronomical amount of grease and very little sauce that left a funky film on my tongue. what happened to you guys? I was craving wings and I don’t even eat Wingstop on a regular.. And this definitely doesn’t make me want to start. Not to mention the wings had little no lemon pepper. Got 20 for $20 we threw out more than half.. Such a waste! They weren’t good at all!

I had not been to this Wingstop location before. The staff was friendly. Our order came out in a timely manner and it was correct. I got lemon pepper Cajun dry rub wings and voodoo fries for the first time. They were super good I think I would like my fries well done however the flavors were really good.
If you haven’t been to this location it’s definitely worth a try, it’s by the Walmart.

Ordered wingstop tonight. Got 4 different flavors. I knew 2 of the flavors we ordered were dry because it states that on the menu. Ordered mild wings and they weren’t listed as being dry. So I called the store to ask. The person that answered told me “well that flavor dries out pretty quick so next time order them with extra sauce.” Ok. Well that would have been nice to know before ordering. Very disappointed. And I know he just works there. But at least an apology would have been nice rather than the typical try to get you off the phone quick responses. I now have to go buy wing sauce to put on the wings that were supposed to already have sauce on them. I would have made wings at home if I would have known this would be the case. But we try to order from different places as often as we can since all of this covid stuff has happened.
