Ordered again through uber eats called while making the order and they didn’t send every item. I get a refund from a uber eats wow this place has terrible service

The first time I went in and picked up on the way home. For some reason half the lights were off, leaving it really dark, even in the middle of the day. Several tables needed to be bussed and several people were standing around and not tidying up.
The second two times, I made the mistake of ordering for delivery. The first time, somewhere after submitting my order the address got changed to somewhere a couple blocks away. I’m not sure if this was the store’s fault, Door Dash, or a computer glitch. When I discovered this (before the delivery got dropped off), I called into the store to ask how we could fix it, and the manager told me that they wouldn’t be doing anything because she doesn’t have to do anything after the dasher picks up the order. Actual REFUSAL to help a customer solve a problem?!? I was able- eventually- to fix it through Door Dash.
The last time I will ever do anything with this location, they forgot to put the fries in the bag. This time, the manager at least admitted to messing up. But she only gave me the option of coming in and picking them up myself (and letting the chicken go cold in the meantime), or refunding the fries. I took the refund.
The food itself (when you can get any) is Wingstop standard. Not better than any others, but not worse. It’s really just the manager’s bad attitude and general incompetence of the people who work for her that means I won’t be back.
All of the employees need to learn some manners and maybe some customer service.
