This business went rotten. No one cares about doing their job correctly and when the order is wrong they will put the blame on you instead of taking responsibility. I had to drive to get my uber order fixed and when I asked why the manager why am I having to do this , she just said she would replace the order. Doesn’t help when this is the second order in a row that was wrong. I use to come here 15 years ago everything was great not so much anymore .

I went in person because i didnt want to doordash didnt want mistakes on my order and it was worse I ordered cheesy fries and extra seasoning and fies doesnt even have salt on them, really disappointed.

Went to this place as convenience not my usual spot and at first everything seemed normal however while the employees cooked the food you can hear them gagging first red flag , no one wants to hear that from people cooking your food. They were laughing and being loud about it.. at this point my food is done so I think nothing of it just maybe how gross and unprofessional it was but nothing else. Once I got home and started eating I tasted something stringy and man I gagged when I realized I had ate a wad of freaking hair! At first I thought I was mistaken thinking it could just from the chicken and I really wish I was wrong but once I really looked at it, ugh So beyond disgusted will never go back to this location!!

Went in around 12AM, ordered tenders and boneless wings the tenders weren’t even coated in the sauce it looked like they just put a spoon full on it and didn’t even shake it. Fries were extremely salty and nasty almost game me high cholesterol and felt my blood pressure through the roof. The worker there was being rude and gave us nasty looks. If are you so sad and annoyed to be doing your job then quit!

Boneless Wings are not as crispy as the Chicken Tenders. The real juice to WingStop is the Chicken Sandwiches not the boneless wings. Generic flavored wing flavors leave a lot to be desired but for the flavors that are presented seem barely passable. Have more permanent and less seasonal flavors. And as always the Chicken sandwiches are the best.
I forgot to mention the voo-doo fries were the best part.

“I recently visited Wingstop and was quite disappointed with my experience. The TVs were not working, and when I asked an employee if they could be turned on, I was told they haven’t been functional for months. Additionally, the tables were not cleaned, and the soda machine was filled with dirty ice. To top it off, the restrooms were lacking basic supplies like tissue and hand soap. Overall, the place was in disarray and really needs some attention to cleanliness and maintenance.”

I’m very disappointed. I placed an order at 1:27, it was supposed to be delivered at 2:10 and haven’t received it yet. It’s currently 2:45. I’ve called the store twice and my husband also called in total we waited on hold for 30 mins and nobody answered. Two different door dashers tried to pick up the order and still nothing. First and last time I order from this place.

I went to this Wingstop 3 times after moving to the area.
The first time I went in and picked up on the way home. For some reason half the lights were off, leaving it really dark, even in the middle of the day. Several tables needed to be bussed and several people were standing around and not tidying up.
The second two times, I made the mistake of ordering for delivery. The first time, somewhere after submitting my order the address got changed to somewhere a couple blocks away. I’m not sure if this was the store’s fault, Door Dash, or a computer glitch. When I discovered this (before the delivery got dropped off), I called into the store to ask how we could fix it, and the manager told me that they wouldn’t be doing anything because she doesn’t have to do anything after the dasher picks up the order. Actual REFUSAL to help a customer solve a problem?!? I was able- eventually- to fix it through Door Dash.
The last time I will ever do anything with this location, they forgot to put the fries in the bag. This time, the manager at least admitted to messing up. But she only gave me the option of coming in and picking them up myself (and letting the chicken go cold in the meantime), or refunding the fries. I took the refund.
The food itself (when you can get any) is Wingstop standard. Not better than any others, but not worse. It’s really just the manager’s bad attitude and general incompetence of the people who work for her that means I won’t be back.

Save yourself a headache and avoid to come to this store, staff is the most cocky and incompetent staff you’ll ever find. Wings are always bad cooked and the seasoning is slim to none, the picture down below is supposed to be lemon pepper seasoning and you can tell there’s none.

There’s a large dine in area and all the tables were dirty. The dirty ice in the soda dispenser had built up to a point where you couldnt even get your own ice. The soda had a weird taste to it and when i looked in my cup there was some questionable remnants of what looked like mold. The food tasted good but I now have food poisoning.
