My husband and I have been customers for a while now; the food is always fresh and the wings juicy. But this time I wanted to take a minute to write because the customer service has improved. On Tuesday night, we stopped by as usual after work, and the cashier took the time to offer us the new Haunted Habanero sauce and the fried corn, which is delicious, by the way. Everything would be perfect if they had a dining area where we could eat.

I like to try local places all of them regardless of reviews, but while I hate to give 2 stars and agree with everyone who is unhappy, for me it was the quality of the food.
We ordered online and when my wife got there they ‘didn’t see the order’ and then she had to wait an additional 20 minutes, she said the staff was very nice though, but results are results.

For $40 you would think the food quality should be there. The soda my wofe got was semi flat, the sandwich was ok but not even on par with chich FIL a.
The Cajun wings were the high part of the meal I liked the seasoning, but the wings could be cooked hotter and quicker to have crispy crust and less visceral fat in them.
The boneless wings are basically the exact same frozen nuggets you would buy at the grocery store, the Louisiana dry rub was very meh, the Korean spicy wasn’t spicy and was basically just sugar.
Veggie sticks were fresh I liked them. Blue cheese dip meh.
The absolute worst deal breaking thing though to echo other reviews was the fries, just soo bad they were soggy not even dome not crispy at all and drenched in Buffalo sauce, basically inedible. That drops it from a 3 to a 2.
Not worth the money lots of better stuff in the area.

We placed an uber eats order & was disappointed with outcome. Ordered the 20 wings pieces & got 4 flavors & some wings weren’t even coated properly nor fully cooked. I had a piece where I was continuously chewing or felt like I was eating a piece raw, we had to just throw out our order.

I ordered a chicken sandwich with the hot honey rub, no pickles, with ranch dip. I also got fries. The food is delicious and well packaged – it was still very hot and crispy when I got home. The dipping sauce portion is generous. I’ll be back soon for that sandwich.

The reviews on here must be a lie. I asked for fries extra well done and cajun seasoning with extra seasoning. The fries were not only raw they also has no seasoning on them. The lemon pepper wings also were oily with no seasoning. Just trash

the chicken sandwich that I ordered was a large chicken tender about the size of 2 pickle slices, that was overcooked, tasted like a piece of rubber and was not edible. I tried calling in for a replacement to my sandwich and was told the general manager would have to call me back in about 5-10 minutes. I never received a call back. I’d highly suggest ordering somewhere else, this was a waste of money and am now having to get lunch elsewhere. Never again.

Have been here three times. All three times, requested extra fry seasoning and well done fries. They have always come out looking like a raw potato with absolutely no seasoning. Go to a different Wingstop – this one just can’t get it right.
