First time ordering from this location. Ordered online, on a Saturday at 12:45pm. Not a large order….10 wings + thigh bites. Email / confirmation said 26 – 31 minutes for the order to be ready…ok. Showed up at the location at 1:20 to find not only our order not ready, but ALL orders placed online hadn’t been started since the ticket machine wasn’t printing orders….and the staff didn’t notice!

I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I feel like this one is necessary. I called to use our credit since the last time we ordered it tasted like they dumped an entire bottle of salt on our wings and they were completely inedible. The young lady on the phone was questioning us about the credit and then told me we can’t use it. She told me they only honor credits for up to one month, however when we received the credit we were told it won’t expire. Unfortunately they lost our business for good. There are plenty of other places that serve wings and provide quality customer service.

Ordered online and it took 25 minutes past the pickup time for the order to be ready. They seemed very unorganized. It didn’t seem that it was busy but more poor management that created unnecessary delays. Orders that were after mine got done before the person was there to get it and it was 20min past the time my order was scheduled to be picked up. Many orders were piled up waiting to be bagged but there were 4 to 5 people working. My order was missing the veggies and the thighs are RAW in the middle. I won’t be going here again. I’d rather drive to another location.

I usually love Wingstop wings, but I won’t order from this location again. Wings were extremely dry, and were not even spicy (we always order hot). No extra sauce, just dry wings.

Food gets 5 stars, fresh, tasty, especially the new chicken sandwich, while IMO it’s still not Popeyes, it’s really good! 4 stars for the drink machine being dirty (I think this is almost everytime here), the restrooms needed attention (especially the sink (it was broke)) and if they want the customers to put up their food, they need trash cans, or just expect us to leave it all on the tables..just a thought!
