I had a take out order. The chicken was really disappointing. I’ve been craving chicken for the longest time, and this wasn’t it. I know this is a chicken place, but the fries were the worst I’ve ever tried. Really soggy and somewhat undercooked at the same time. The service was decent, and the restaurant was clean. I’m still on a mission to find that great chicken place.

First time visiting this new location. When I first walked in I was greeted but the sweetest woman with the brightest smile! My mobile order wasn’t ready yet, so I came back to the car to wait for it to be ready. After a few minutes, to my surprise, Tae brought my order out to me! I wasn’t expecting that and that made my day! That was amazing service from Tae! This was on 2/25 around 11:45am!

Garbage service with terrible employees. Literally had 5 of them “working” with only one barely doing anything 3 standing around holding the same chicken order for 5 mins while the lobby filled up, the last one was hiding in the bathroom for a solid 10 mins. I will never come back to this terribly run restaurant and hope they start fresh with an entire new crew. -10/10. Do better.

First time using this wing stop. The lemon pepper and garlic dry rubs were loaded with salt (I’m usually a salt guy) and it’s so overwhelming I couldn’t eat more than one of each. The boneless buffalo were not old soggy breeding but one of the pieces wasn’t even cooked all the way through. I recently had a leg surgery and can’t even bring the food back to ask for a refund. Huge wing lover and this is one of my worst experiences.

I live 10 minutes from 4 different Wingstops, but I often find myself choosing this location over the others, I come here every other week or so, the staff is friendly, the place looks clean and the kitchen knows their stuff because the wings are always good, last time I was there I saw the manager training someone new, he seemed like a nice friendly enough guy, so based on all that I should give them 5 starts right… Except that my order was all wrong. It wasn’t missing a few things, they game me the wrong amount of wings, of the wrong type and the wrong flavor… Yep, they gave me someone else’s order. They read it to me and everything but the bag had something else, love their food but when the food is not what you asked for it’s hard to like it as much. I’ll still give them 3 stars for my previous experiences but getting the wrong order a bit deal for me. Maybe I should try one of the other locations from now on.

Yeah so I order online specifically so that I DONT have to wait in the store for 30 minutes. So when the system says it’ll be ready in 20 minutes it should maybe be ready in 20 minutes??? I gave y’all the 20 minutes, a little more then came in. If you need more time to make the food just say so???? So that I don’t end up wasting 30 minutes of my time just waiting around. 50 minutes to make some chicken????? Was super excited when they opened this location in my neighborhood. Have been there a few times since, and I was left waiting while my food got cold on the “to go” shelf. Sat and waited patiently as all the orders that were made AFTER mine were called out to customers. Had to go up to ask about the bag that had been sitting there for 15 min, of course it was mine. Got home, fries were cold to the touch, and all my veggie sticks were missing. Will go to Littleton, County Line location going forward. Great service there EVERYTIME!

Of the Wingstops that I’ve visited, the people here were the best. They were all friendly and customer oriented. Even watching people clock in, they spoke and greeted the guest in the lobby.
