We placed an order directly through the wing stop website for delivery. Door dash was supposed to deliver the order and marked our food as delivered but it never actually arrived. We called wing stop and they made us a whole new order, even though it was not their fault that the order was not delivered. Great customer service and food!

I ordered two orders of bone in wings and when I got home, they were both boneless never ordered it to be boneless. Workers are very disrespectful. they Don’t know how to listen or take orders properly. They obviously Don’t know how to do their job correctly. I suggest them replace the ones that dont know how to take orders. They had ONE JOB TO DO and because they do not know how to listen to their customers they need more training in communication skills and customer service. The customers are the reason why they have their job. I will not be going to get wings from their again. I will also spead the word that this wing shop is incompetent to taking proper orders.

I absolutely love this specific Wingstop! I drive farther to go to this location than the closer one. My order has always been
correct AND it’s the only times i’ve felt like my fries and wings were well done when I’ve asked. I came in for carry out last Sunday 5/25 around 12:15pm and they were absolutely slamming and when I arrived they were really nice to me and my order was still hot and perfect. Great service and really really good product here! Thanks!

Wingstop in general is known for having bad service, but this location really takes the award for worst service. I walked in to pick up my online orders and the one girl attending. The register was by herself while the other girl in the back was fooling around with the cook. The girl attending the cashier was so backed up with orders. She was on the phone with someone and there was a line of 6 to 7 people behind me. Neither one of the other two workers in the back bother to even help out. They were horseplaying messing around on their cell phone. Anyway, once the cashier got to me, she told me it would be a six minute wait. She then left the cashier and went to the bag, and was chatting with the other girl and the Kirk, and they were horse playing. Well there was other people waiting to be attended at the cashier. finally the one brunette girl in the back decided she could help out but she was so rude and she began asking people what method of payment they were using because she wasn’t excepting cash. This location is just a joke. The worker hears suck. I felt so bad for the lady that was in the back, washing the dishes and cleaning the kitchen by herself, while these other three kids were horse playing. That lady deserves a raise.
