Placed an order online and when I went in to get it, I wasn’t greeted or anything. The employees were joking around with one another and were very rude. I brushed it off because honestly that’s just the poor customer service I’m used to these days. When my son got home, he took a bite of his chicken and it was RAW! I called and the girl who said she was the manager thought that it was funny and said “well bring it back and we will remake it or refund you”. She was very rude and refused to give me her name. I took it back and requested a full refund for all of the food ($60) and they argued with me that they could only refund the raw chicken part of the order. I wasn’t going to allow my family to eat this food! I will never return! Avoid this place!

Got my order wrong for the 2nd time in a row!, i ordered the 20 piece meal 12 lemon pepper, 8 cajun, apart from that i ordered 7 bone in hot wings, and 3 lousiana rub, for the 8 cajun they gave us 8 hot instead! For a very picky family who not everyone tolerates that spice in, this is just unacceptable, especially because this is the 2nd time in a row they’ve got our order wrong. First and last time ordering at this location. Not sure what happened. My classic lemon pepper wings were swimming in oil, which washed off all the seasoning. I was left with soggy flavorless wings.
My husband ordered boneless wings, which were also very greasy to which he couldn’t finish them. He said his fries were too greasy as well. My Louisiana voodoo fries were good, I assume the cheese sauce hid the greasiness.
We were excited for our meal but ended up being disappointed and down $53. We usually enjoy Wing Stop, but this location was not it.

I chose to order from this location instead of the one on Cedar Ave. in Aurora hoping it would be better than the catastrophe the Cedar Ave. one had last year trying to get people their orders for the Super Bowl. Turns out Wingstop, no matter the franchise, just fails to deliver when it comes to the Super Bowl. You’re better off ordering the day prior and just reheating it or making your own wings. Long story short, every order was about an hour to an hour and a half behind schedule, the lobby was packed, line out the door for no reason, names were being called inside only for about the first 45 minutes I was there till the workers realized that the lack or organization left people outside standing in line to get in for no reason as they had placed their orders online. Practically no one there was in line to order at the counter, just a gaggle of disorganized people.
Carry-out experience aside, by the time I got home with my food receiving it an hour and a half past my pickup time, my wife and I looked at our food and it didn’t look quite right. The hot and medium wings looked severely under sauced. We took our bits and agreed they were both flavorless. Flavorless orange wings. What a disappointment. The only thing that barely made up for it was that they remembered our extra ranches we ordered.
I’ll probably never order wings from Wingstop again for the Super Bowl. Any other gameday is fine, just NEVER the Super Bowl.

Great service & Emma the cashier was beyond awesome! Prompt and friendly. The flavors are delicious but they didn’t not have my teriyaki flavor soda tasted great & ranch was a plus. New Cajun corn was awesome maybe not so fried give it a little more juice but I like how you make them…Cajun & lemon pepper wings choices in point..

My sister and i have gone to this location multiple of time but the last time we went we were traumatized. The fries had weird black lumps and there was a half eaten mouse on the table outside. We contacted Wingstop and we have not heard anything back, it’s been a month already.

Terrible on more than a few occasions I hope the owners know how terrible this particular location is being ran (I doubt it). Went in last Sunday 6/29 and didn’t see a soul! After waiting 5 min and asking if anyone was there we were about to leave when a girl came out and said “hello” No sorry we were busy. No how can we help you? No sorry for the wait… I said are you guys open? She answered ” Yes. We’re just on our lunch break. All two ladies were in the back on their lunch break. We drove 16 min to another location

Fries don’t look presentable and we’re burnt. Completely drenched in oil. We ordered plain chicken wings, and the 3 out of the 10 wings still had the chicken feathers attached to them. As a chef, this is unacceptable. We payed $55, and couldn’t even eat.

First time going to Wing Stop. At first I was a little confused. I thought it was like another wing restaurant I went to where they seat you and take your order. Here it is seat yourself kinda deal. You order at the counter, when ready they call your name. The lady at the counter was very helpful and friendly. The food was fresh and hot. Even the fries. They had flavor, not just salt. They were not soggy or greasy at all. Everything tasted amazing! I absolutely loved the southern iced tea. I also loved the fact that you can refill your own cup when you wanted to. This will definitely be our new wing place.
