Forgot my 10 piece wing in my order when I went back the employee was laughing giving me my misplaced wings and I thought that was very classless. When I told her I didn’t think it was funny she ran to the back and didn’t come back to the counter. Employees here make several mistakes. Wrong size drink and they NEVER MAKE FRESH FRIES How hard is it to make fries?! Lazy employees and lazy managers. Going to find a better wing place.

Sometimes wing stop can be a hit or miss but today, the staff that was working was so overly kind and professional. They even brought the food to our table.
The food was cooked to perfection.

Average to low quality wings. Fries were over salted and have a weird flavor. No military discount only police in uniform. Id give a overall raiting of 6/10. Cheap food

The food is delicious! I picked up dinner (chicken thighs with seasoned fries)! Was ready when I picked up! I went a 2nd time to buy lunch for my Parents, the same & They liked very much! The service was great both times! I’ll be going back again!

Ordered a 30 pack with Cajun corn and large carrots, ordered online, system said my order would be ready in 16 to 21 min, I arrive at location to pick up my order and of course it was not ready. Girl at cash register tells me its getting ready and will be out in a few minutes. 40 min later finally get our order, was missing the extra ranch dipping sauce, was also missing the large carrots, but the worst of all is that the wings were under cooked and still had red inside. They were under seasoned and we got sick from them. Tried to call back and could not reach manager. Will never eat at this or any Wingstop again.

I came in on a day where there was a promotion and waited in line 1 1/2 hours, I asked other customers what time they placed their orders and it was a few minutes before me, time passed and I waited and waited.. eventually I asked the cashier if she could help look for my order. She looked in the back, came back to the front to check what orders were already prepared, she didn’t find it. She then skips over me and asked the next customer what their name was. At this point, I asked for my order to be cancelled. It was very busy, and staff seemed very overwhelmed. Shame on management for not helping them prepare better. I was told I’d get my refund within 7-10 days and have been waiting 10 days. I do not recommend this service.
