Cashier was very rude, when asked to repeat something he said, he responded aggressively and rudely. Simply because asked to repeat what he said a second time. Cashiers are the face of business and to simply act aggressively and rude because of a question is very unprofessional, and makes me want to never return to this specific location. Made the experience and environment very unpleasant.

Placed my order in the app…after finalizing order it said the time it would be ready. I had parked in front of the restaurant when I placed my order, I was close by the restaurant. Figured it wouldn’t take long if I waited the 15-20 minutes for my order to be ready. As I was seating in my vehicle waiting for my order, I saw the staff goofing around. The first red flag. I went into the restaurant to get my order gave the name of order paid my order, but the kid went back to the kitchen to ask for my order and the rest of the kids in the back all clueless said no order my that name. He came back and said it would be another 10 minutes for it to be ready. Second red flag. I went back to my vehicle to wait. Major red flag, As I was seating in the vehicle I saw a staff member exiting the restroom buttoning his shirt and touching his hair and went back to the kitchen to cook. I was so disgusted knowing I had paid for my meal and share that meal to my family. But I still had hope that someone else cooked my food. Got my order after waiting for 30 minutes. When I got home started eating the food, ALL my food was cold. That was the final blow. Please don’t spend your hard earned money with this mediocre restaurant.

Cashier seemed like she didn’t want to be at work, I told her the fountain drinks tasted weird & didn’t have gas. She acted like she was going to check it only to go back to being on her phone.
My “fried” corn looks like they only threw seasoning on it & my fries don’t have any seasoning. They over threw barbecue sauce on my boneless wings as well, i didn’t ask for barbecue with a side of chicken.

Ordered chicken sandwiches cuz they looked good. Very disappointed. Bread was ridiculously hard. Chicken was good tho. Buffalo Ranch Fries were good too. -Eastlake location.

That was my order that some one messed up. If they have to check to see who picks up the order. Why did you all not check who picked it up now I am out 80 plus bucks and it’s going to take me 3 to 10 business days to get my money back if the old Man with curly hair and glasses was doing his job correctly I would be eating my food but he did not do his job correctly or did he take it home is he stealing from me .

The old male employee that wears glasses and has black curly hair needs to fix up his attitude. Every time I have come to this Wingstop, I’ve had zero issues until today. I came to pick up two orders, and the old man gave me one and told me to sign in, I waited a moment and another employee asked me if I needed something And I told him yes I’m waiting on my second order and I showed him too. Then that’s when the old man told me that someone had already picked it up And it bothered me, of course. I explained to him that signing in is useless, an employee needs to have the driver show them that they confirmed the order is picked up once they get the food So that way it prevents foods being stolen. One can easily lie on the name of signing in, And it doesn’t do anything really in terms of the person stealing the food or not, The way to truly prevent it is by having the employee have the driver show them they confirm pick up. The old man cut me off as I was saying this and just said that one has to sign in and again I told him that’s it’s useless if they don’t check it, why bother signing in then. He proceeds to continue having an attitude, and so then I returned the same attitude. This happened today around 4:40 pm, around that time.This is the first time I’ve had an issue at this location, all the other times they employees are chill and I’ve had no issue with them. I’ve come to pickup delivery orders from this specific location several times

Every time I come to this Wingstop, the service and food are always on point! I’ve seen this young man (Ricardo, I believe) usually cooking or sometimes up front on the register, and he always does an amazing job. The wings are always fresh, crispy, and perfectly seasoned, you can tell he really cares about what he’s doing.
One night, I came in right before closing and I felt bad, but I was craving wings. Instead of rushing through it or giving me attitude like I experienced with other locations, Ricardo still made everything fresh and didn’t cut corners. He was polite, patient, and treated it like it was just as important as the first order of the day. That kind of consistency and care is rare. He’s also super friendly and professional when he’s working the front. Definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back. 🙂

Returning the wings. The suggested time was about 28 min and the employee in the front got upset for asking the wait time , so when I got the wings they looked like they had put something on the wings out of anger.
