I placed my order at 10:54AM as a timed order for 11:45AM for 60 boneless wings. I understand that’s a large order which is why I timed it out. When I came in to pick it up it was 11:41AM-just a little bit early. I let them know my name and anticipated it to be a couple minutes wait since the order was larger. The girl at the front counter turned around and told the lady working the order that I was here for pick up and the older lady sarcastically said “oh great the order that came in 5 minutes ago?”
It’s not my fault if your timed orders only drop 10 minutes before the scheduled time. I’m happy to wait for bigger orders (I also work in food service so I have a realistic expectation on how long it will take). I didn’t need to hear the sarcastic remark about my pick up time and it’s not appreciated from a customer perspective. And the order was ready for me to walkout with is at 11:45 so I don’t understand the sarcasm. The girl at the front counter did have great customer service though so thank you for that.

I love coming to this Wingstop location . Besides its convenience, the customer service provided is always tip top. I’m an outgoing guy, and they always match my energy and mood. Especially the Manager Irene and customer service rep Mary, who were very helpful and cheerful today when ordering and picking up the food. The wings and sides are ALWAYS delicious and cooked right. The ranch dressing rivals that of Mr. Gattis. (Which is very hard to do) I constantly point people in the direction of Wing stop and will continue doing so…

My experience at Wingstop was absolutely horrible. I arrived at 12:05 Am :12/23/25 to pick up my order, and despite being clearly visible, the staff inside refused to open the door. I was left out in the freezing cold for nearly twenty minutes, and they blatantly ignored me. I had to call customer service just to get someone to finally let me in and hand over the food. The staff acted completely oblivious and showed no accountability for the poor treatment. This was an incredibly frustrating and unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend Wingstop to anyone after this

First person in the store on Day One!! Beautiful & bigger than I thought it would be. Cashiers were really nice & I was very happy with the service. The food was really good & I will definitely come back. Make sure to use the app to order beforehand if you need it to be fast because the wings take 15-20mins to cook. Also they said if you do the survey you get a food item.

I was so happy to see Wingstop emerge here. Brings back some great memories from college life. I placed an order here and picked up 30 min later. It was delicious!! I ordered cajun wings and my date ordered lemon pepper and original hot. All were really good. Looking forward to ordering here in the future.

I come here almost twice a week on average but the last couple months everytime I order and get home my wings are virtually dry im not sure why they are shorting my wings of sauce but it’s about to make me jump ship and stop ordering food there it’s getting old to pay a premium for subpar food at this point I wish I knew how to add photos so everyone could see the disappointment wings…anyhow they agreed to give me a replacement and said it wouldn’t happen again we shall see, I’ll give them another chance! It’s probably 1 singular lazy employee thats feels like the sauce king and that product effects his wallet

Amazing people, amazing food. My favorite is the mango habanero bone in wings with blue cheese. They have amazing fries and sweet tea The people who help me are always glad when I come in and cheerful. They try to make your visit special. It’s worth the price.
