The worst experience ever. I have been ordering food from this place for the past year and everything had been amazing until today. I ordered online and received a completely different order. When I called they said they can redo the order after I waited for almost 2 hours. I said no and the person said that they could refund my money. I will update once I receive my refund. I’m amazed at the mistake these people made!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. not only did they give me the wrong bag, I was home when I realized it. Called, told me I could come back and have it freshly done. Drove 25 min back, freezing cold. they absolutely lied about having it “freshly remade”. Made me wait another 40min just to have my food remade because fryers were off. Overall rude atmosphere. Didn’t even seem sorry?, the young girl saying omg omg omg, because we wanted our $50 order freshly made.

This place is horrible!! The only time this location was great, is when they first opened up. It was clean, super friendly service and wings were on point!
Since then, each time we’ve order we give it another try, hoping they’ve gotten better! NOPE!! Just received our order, with sloppy fries , way too much salt! And wings look old and dry!! Just horrible! Don’t waste your time and money… and the Kyle location isn’t any better! Disappointed!

When i ask for well done fries it doesnt mean “Oh lets just toss in normal fries! yeah she wont notice if theyre well done or not” Huge difference in the taste and texture, i made it clear that I was ordering well done cooked fries but no i got soggy fries and had to air fry them at home myself. Same with the chicken sandwich, you can so obviously tell the chicken is meant to be cooked longer and be even just a bit crispy on the outside but it was soggy just like the fries. Didn’t ask for much at all and it’s that hard for them to get a small order like that correct. This is a consistent thing and ive only now decided to leave a review about this, mind you this comes from someone that never leaves reviews nor gives the workers a hard time at all.

Don’t bother going here, find another option. The “order ahead”/ schedule for carryout feature is meaningless. We scheduled pickup for 4:30pm hours ahead of time, we get there and they inform us they haven’t even started working on the order at 4:35pm. Waste of time, terrible time management, I don’t even understand because the place was empty. Please don’t give them your money.

GREAT EXPERIENCE, I just ate at this location, and it was fantastic!! The food was excellent, HUGE wings, perfectly cooked, and was ready pretty quickly, too! I got hot and garlic parmesian. I took some pictures but couldn’t wait because it looked too good and I forgot to take a picture until after I took my first bite!

Finally 30 minutes after pick up time was given with no reason. Fries were burnt so bad, black and crispy. Thank god we opened in the parking lot to see if it was done right. Wings were not hot and when we walked back inside they cook just took off the burnt some of the burnt ones and tried to give us a few on top. Saw the whole thing and the girl at the front was pretty much was like “oh well”. Will never go back k and would not recommend to anyone.

They lost my order. Had me wait for a remake, then forgot an extra sauce I paid for. Other times they don’t start making my order until i pull up way after ordering. The workers are nice but I don’t think I’ll come back any time soon.
