I ordered takeout. Was told that it would be 15 minutes. I got there 10 minutes later and the order was ready. When I got home the grilled corn was very cold, not even warm. Wings were very dry, not enough sauce on them. Chicken tenders were also not hot. I would say that the service today was very bad. I am not exaggerating about the corn, it honestly was cold too the touch, like it came out if the fridge.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Wingstop location. I arrived after the time my order was supposed to be ready, only to find out they hadn’t even started preparing it until I asked about it. That’s already frustrating, but things just got worse from there.

I ordered 20 wings of the same flavor, and somehow they were split into two boxes—one with only 4 wings and the other stuffed with the rest to the point the box wouldn’t even close. On top of that, I only received 19 wings. When you’re paying around $24 for 20 wings, the least you expect is for the order to be accurate.

The wings themselves were a mess. I asked for extra crispy, and what I got was the exact opposite. They were so oily that the entire bag was soaked through by the time I got home. This isn’t the first time this location has messed up, so it’s clearly not a one-off issue.

I really hope this place gets a new manager and a staff that actually pays attention, because the service and quality at this point are unacceptable.

This place is so bad when something goes wrong….last week my wings were dry as hell and now today the blue cheese had something brown in it on both canisters. I called and spoke to the manager she just said ohh sorry but are you sure its not the blue cheese bits I was like no the cheese is suppose to be white. I then told her (manager) my daughters whole meal was ruined and the only thing she said was “sorry”.

Evelyn who claims to be manager had an issue with my table . Had a huge attitude . If she doesn’t like her job maybe she shouldn’t work there. She repeated herself 3 times talking to me like I was dumb cuz I showed her that fries were literally crumbling when I grabbed them
Horrible customer service to me my crew and other people I heard walk in . Then the cook over heard her attitude and gave us fries . Knowing they were bad and crunchy .

I went around 10 PM the girl at the front told me it was going to be an 18 min wait, when I received my wing my original hot wings look old and cold and so were my fries I received like half of the container with really old fries and they were super cold. Tried calling twice but no one answers.

My order wasn’t wrong. It was under cooked!! I brought back the food requesting a refund because I had already waited over 40 minutes for my order,and I was not going to wait another 40 minutes. They told me the manager wasn’t present so they couldn’t refund me. I went the next day and I kindly ask for manager, she acts fed up the minute I approach the counter. I tell her what happened and that I just needed a refund ,she proceeded to roll her eyes and say, She can not refund me all the amount of my order because we took bites out of our food and the dips were used and the corn was eaten half way. I paid $27 dollars for my order and she only refunded me $12
They have a very bad atmosphere!!
Linda was being rude to customers and being very rude to the cook. I understand they were under staffed but there’s no reason for her to talk and treat that person that way. This is a food restaurant and a very popular one, why is there only 2 people on staff?
The manager could care less in my opinion by the way she spoke to me. Customer’s should be allowed a full refund, specially if they returned the food. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Dam this people work with no sense of urgency. 1 hrs to get a 20 piece and fries. I placed my order online got here 30 minutes later still not done. 5 people waiting. 32 minutes later I get my food. They we chatting and working slow. They don’t drop fries or wings they literally wait to do so till they get to the next ticket. Better to order from the one on 83 and i road

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Me and my boyfriend got there at 7:30pm, and waited for over an hour to get our food. We got our food at 8:35pm after we got up and complained.The restaurant wasn’t even busy it was almost empty. The host also was extremely rude, don’t know how she still has her job when clearly other people have complained about her, her name is Alexa customer service was horrible. The whole hour we waited for our food we saw 3 other people go back to the restaurant because she messed up their order and when the customers would leave we saw she would start making fun of them. While we waited for our food we even saw one worker leave with food they made for themselves. This is ridiculous that wingstop needs to have a manager there with them that Alexa girl is irresponsible and clearly doesn’t care about the customers. The whole time Alexa was on her phone too she wasn’t doing anything at all. Oh and when we left with our food it was cold too, I thought it would be fresh and hot but nope everything COLD!!! Mind you this was a double date our friends ordered 1 minute before us and got their food 30 minutes after and we had to wait another 30-40 minutes on top to get our order. I will be calling corporate about this. It’s not acceptable at all and clearly we aren’t the only ones who’ve gone through this.

The service is very unacceptable I called many times on different occasions to place an order through the phone and I get put on hold all the times I call and it is honestly very stupid they do that what’s the whole point of having a phone number if your customers can’t even order through phone?it is very frustrating that myself has to go down to the store and get down just to place an order and I have to wait another 45 minutes for my food and it’s not even busy I even call while im outside the store seeing it’s not busy and I see the cashier pick up the phone and put me on hold while there is no one in line to order it is very unnecessary to answer and out me on hold when I’m outside the store and it’s not busy at all very bad customer service !!!here’s a photo and no one is upfront attending there’s enough people in the kitchen they don’t need the cashier’s assistance very bad service !!!
