Angie is rude to her employees, pollo does a great job as a cook and getting out orders , the other girl was washing dishes and trays , and Angie was up front in the counter not doing anything not bagging or restocking just doing absolutely nothing, and was telling pollo if he restocked and to my understanding she could’ve been doing it , and packaging orders because he is a cook he handles the food . She can package and restock. I will be contacting cooperate and the GM and morning manager about this incident (I have video evidence ). #justiceforpolo

The wings were really good and the service was great. You have to try the Hawaiian sauce it’s to die for. The service was supper fast, I just walked in and ordered to go. And I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes.

Worst Wingstop I’ve ever been too. Sad to say it’s the one closest to us. Sometimes we go out of our way to another location 10-15 minutes further away. Reported mold smell and bad taste in coke machine said they get back to me. Never did. Today, our food is not acceptable gonna post a picture hopefully someone read this and actually does something about it. No complaints on any other location.

Good location, friendly staff and limited public parking. Wings were good. Dining area was unkempt, unclean tables, and wrappers and other trash on the floor. Restrooms also in need of cleaning with the women’s restroom becoming unusable during out visit. Dining area had multiple flies that were a nuisance while we ate. No napkins are provided with the meal (there is 1 (one) self serve roll of towel paper near the fountain drinks which all guests must use/tear off, highly unsanitary.

Worst Wingstop I’ve ever been to. Placed an order 08/31/25 at 9:07pm. The estimated wait was 16-21 minutes. We were very hungry and drove from Brownsville. When I arrived my name was at the top of their screen. The worker said “yours will be ready in 6 minutes”…. We go sit in their dirty dining area with sticky tables…..an entire 20 minutes passes before he decides to call my name and tell me they didn’t have any bone in. By this time it’s almost 10pm, too late to order anywhere else that has anything I am able to eat as I sadly cannot anything breaded. What a waste of space for this town. Guy said I would get an email with my refund. We’ll see …. didn’t seem like anyone really cared about the service.
Will not be returning.
UPDATE: fast forward to 9/23/25- The guy lied. Refund never came through. Shocker….he probably never even submitted for it.
