I’ve been coming here for years and it’s been great but today the wings were so good I had to leave a review. The cook (Arturo) mixed the Cajun seasoning with the sauce and that was so genius it was a bomb of flavor going off in my mouth. I always get a 6 wing combo but those flavors left me wanting more. If you like spicy I’d recommend you get them the way Arturo the cook makes them. It’s a must try!

I’m usually not the one to write reviews unless they’re great but man, if I could give less stars I would. I placed my order at 7:55pm with the expectation of having my meal ready by 8:03-8:11. It is 8:22 and my order was ready. I would understand if it was busy but it was not. When I got there I spent almost 5 minutes waiting to be asked if I needed help to just pick up my order. The two girl ten members saw me multiple times j were gossiping about one girl “staying at someone’s place afterall & how comfy the couches were there” then went to the back with the cooks to pretend to organize spices. When I was finally asked if I had been helped yet, I said “no” when the other female team member answered for me to her saying I had been when I never was. I brushed it off because the one who asked me apologized for the wait. I’m sitting at the bar area waiting on my food as the one who decided to answer for me walks across me while I’m on my phone to say “oh the order for ___ is ready” then goes to get a fountain drink. Did she expect me to go behind the counter to get it myself? Never going again & id rather drive across town to the other location.

Staff needs to be either retrained or let go to go find a job that makes them happier because this place went from being my favorite place to eat, to the place i am treated the worst. Theres a woman by the name of ARIEL that works there and is very rude to the customers, i get it we can have bad days but the way she was giving us attitude and the way she was speaking to us and behaving was definitely very inappropriate, she was dragging the chairs next to us loudly as we were talking ( for a moment i thought she wanted to play musical chairs, i was thinking of joining and possibly make her night better) however she stopped when i pointed it out how rude it was to be dragging things around with an angry manner, and this wasnt the first time this woman closes the doors an hour early and when you knock to get her attention she looks away and ignores you. Honestly i would go to another wing place DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WALK OUT UPSET.

You guys changed the fries to frozen rather than fresh and it’s disgusting. They’re overcooked and sometimes even burnt. This is a review for Wingstop as a whole and not just the specific location. The new fries are gross, dry, and barely seasoned. They’re the only reason I go to Wingstop but now that they’re gross I literally have no reason to go anymore and so I won’t.

To owners.. You need to audit your Wingstop Harlingen Bus. 77 location evenings. No clear manager, terribly rude customer service. Employees on their phones and sitting in the kitchen talking. Door dash order and online orders routinely incomplete.
Tonight, order incomplete… waiting 40 mins and still missing fries. Asked for a bag because it was just put on the counter. Bag was thrown and employee just walked off to refill her drink.
I use doordash because you have no franchise website or contact portal when there are issues with the order. If there is a manager working, not doing their job. You lost my business, i contacted corporate wingstop, as well as doordash. Im posting this as a warning to other customers… check the reviews before ordering.

I usually don’t write reviews or even leave stars but, this wingstop was one of the worst I been to. The service itself was slow, I’m talking 35 minutes, just for our order to be made wrong. Then most of the wings were left with the feathers attached. Chairs were gross and sticky along with the tables. Overall just a experience I wouldn’t recommend

After reading other reviews, I guess I should be grateful mine only took 30 minutes. The biggest disappointment ever…NO MORE FRESH CUT FRIES!! The fries were the best part. My wings had hardly any sauce and were just blah. Definitely won’t be back to this location, or any other location serving frozen fries!!

Was MY fav place since like 2016 But prices are insane now and quality went WAY down. Wings were squishy as if boiled in soup not fried and were really feathery too. Wings also had a faint bad chicken coop smell. Also what up with the fries they look different now? This was 38$ down the drain. I only forced myself to eat 2 wings.
