Did an order online we got home with the food my daughter was about to bite her boneless wing, the wing had a fly on it . She lost her appetite, she didn’t get to eat the restaurant was super dirty in the dinning area the floor had a spill with no slip and fall caution sign the employees looked super tired their faces said it all. The food was good but the food took forever. It took an additional 30 minutes on top of the estimated time. Definitely would want someone to tell me it’ll take 20 more minutes instead of thinking it’ll take some 10 minutes.

Arrived at store at 11pm. Store doesn’t close until 12am. They refuse me service because it look like everyone wanted to close the store and leave. The guy at the register told me they were limited of food supplies. I told them all I wanted was 5 wings to go, original. Another employee says to me upset, register is closed already. Talk to the manager. Manager is walking towards me and doesn’t give me the light of day. I tell the manager you guys don’t close for another hour. But still ignores me.

Front of the house staff is honestly the worst, got a call telling me they ran out of bone in wings and that they can either give me the same amount of boneless wings or get a refund I said refund and the little girl on the phone gets upset that I want a refund and just hangs up, doesn’t confirm anything with me. Like no I don’t want boneless wings as they are less expensive and those boneless wings are more like fried batter and sauce. Go to a different wing place, honestly anything is better than the wings here

I was here last month, had the worst experience. I let management know and they said they would work on it. I came back to have my order redone last week and I noticed a great improvement with the customer service! Many places promise improvement but won’t do anything about it. Great job to management for that. I also want to acknowledge Maria Alvarez for her hard work and enthusiasm. She was greeting every customer as well as saying good bye. Was very energetic on the phone as well as greeting. She was also making sure that all the orders were moving in a timely manner as well as making sure they were correct. Was also checking up on the clients to make sure everything was to their satisfaction. And was also checking the soda machine. She was great at multitasking and again just very enthusiastic person!
