The food is always good here however to get your food is a different story. They always quote a time and you ALWAYS end up getting your food double the estimated time if not longer and if it’s carry out it’s best to make sure they pack everything as it is very common for them to forget to bag some items. The food is great but they need better systems in place to provide accurate wait times and faster service. I feel bad for the door dash drivers that always have to wait long for the food to be ready.

Ordered food online on 15 Nov., Fight Night!, Jake and Tyson. The place was packed with people picking up food. The dining area was clean. The staff was busy but hustling. Had to wait an additional 5 minutes, which was no big deal considering the very busy night they were having.
My compliments to the staff. They kept the orders coming out and calling on people loud enough over the crowd noise.
Had an 8 piece drumsticks, buffalo flavored, 6 piece, lemon pepper flats, carrot sticks, and 6 cajun corn, I recommend it. The food was perfect.

We love wings. Who doesn’t?. Lol. This is always our go-to spot. The wings are fresh and seasoned great. The only problem we have every time we come is the seasoned fries. They’re seasoned great, but the thing is, every time we come to dine in or carry out, we are always disappointed in the quality and quantity of the serving. It’s a good serving, don’t get me wrong, but not when half the basket of order of fries is all small bits and pieces.

Horrible experience. I walked into establishment because they got my order wrong 40 piece classic and they forgot to put some items in my bag. Girls in the front had no sense of urgency…manager came to me and stated what was wrong told her u forgot some items in my bag n I showed her the receipt and she said I don’t need to look in the bag this is your stuff and I tried telling her u forgot my ranch and 2nd large of fry and she said ok ma’am I can read basically trying to flip it on me that I was being rude and wanting to argue I just simply told her to correct my order and all she had to do was add the items that were missing but she ended up throwing my whole order in the trash. Manager and staff have no accountability and no sense of urgency at all terrible service.

I placed an online order with an estimated pickup time of 35-55 minutes. Unfortunately, my food was not ready when I arrived, and I ended up waiting in the dining room for another 30 minutes past the promised time. It was clear this was a common issue, as several other customers were also waiting and discussing the long delays.
While waiting, the atmosphere was chaotic. The manager was loudly yelling at the staff, and the dining room had multiple dirty tables that hadn’t been cleaned.
When I finally received my order, it was partially incorrect. Half of the food was what I ordered, but the other half belonged to someone else’s order entirely. This experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish, with poor time management, a chaotic environment, and a completely botched order. I will not be returning to this location.

My coworkers and I dined here on our lunch break. Took almost 40 minutes to get our food. Had to go ask twice where it was. Wasn’t a very large order. When it came out it was covered in salt and grease. Very expensive. Wont come back
