Apparently, their hot flavors are less flavor and more buffalo. I ordered the mango habanero sandwich meal and, occasionally, I would take a bite, and smell buffalo. It didn’t taste like mango habanero, at all, one of my favorite spicy flavors. It wasn’t even spicy. I had the same issue with the Cajun flavor. I don’t like buffalo, so you can imagine my disappointment. The fries were ok. Bottom line, if you want flavor, stick to the lower tier “heat” options. If you want heat, idk what to tell you, except that it’ll have buffalo in it. Not for me.

Constantly, yes constantly. They are always behind on orders I will place a MOBILE order 30-40 minutes before I even get there and they still do another 20-30 minute wait. It’s absolutely degrading that the employees do not care. There is little to no accountability for this, it’s multiple times (photos is people who have been here forever waiting)

This place takes forever, I feel it is understaffed especially on high traffic nights. Perhaps management needs to reevaluate the schedules and work the appropriate amount of staff. Having to order an hour and half a head of time to only realize that your order isn’t ready when you arrive is a bit ridiculous. The staff is great and patient but you can see the overwhelming feeling on their face. They are doing their best with a lobby full of upset people.

I ordered 2 5 piece thigh combos and got chicken so small the wings look bigger . I contacted the restaurant and spoke to Ryan the manager . I told him I wanted a refund that this was not what I ordered , he stated that that’s how they come , the fries look rotten as well and he is too busy to help me. Placed an order online 30 minutes ahead of arrival with no wait time. Still had to wait an extra 30 minutes for food to be ready and staff did nothing to fix it. Upon arrival the two girls at the counter were rude and disrespectful, one was making faces at my wife when she asked for a dipping sauce. They was talking to her with an attitude. The food was ok nothing special.

Service absolute garbage. From the wait time to the manager Rosie De Leon from Robstown ( when I asked for her name she just had to add where she’s from) being so disrespectful and held no accountability other than her saying “I don’t know what to tell you. I ordered my food online at 5:20 pm for a pick up time for 7pm. We didn’t receive our food until 7:29 pm. Plus they got the order wrong. If I could give this location a zero star review I would. Not only am I writing this review I am also going to be sending in a complaint.

Experience was horrific as soon as I walked in lady at register greets us with it’s gonna be an hour wait for any food is that ok with you. Place needs some well deserved Atencion. As to cleanliness in general. The eating area in general is so disappointing and the smell of burnt oil is horrible makes your appetite go away .
