Updating review to 3 stars.. We recently visited this location and the fries were dark and tasted old. Did not look fresh at all… We showed up 45 minutes after our scheduled pick up time, and the food still was not ready. We waited another 15 minutes for our food to be ready.

Had to wait over an hour for a small wing combo and 2 strips. The workers were playing around in the back, jamming out to their music, dancing, everything but working to get people’s orders done.
I ordered all drums and they gave me mostly flats LOL.
Thanks for the cold, old, soggy fries too. And the barely sauced strips. This location is a joke, this is the second time in a row this has happened. I won’t be coming back. Which I’m sure the employees there don’t care about since they seem like they don’t enjoy working anyway.

I don’t ever complain but this visit has to be by far the worse visit at a wingstop…ever. We have an hr for lunch (nobody’s fault). We ordered approx 20 wings total…after taking our order they took a big order from people who came after and decided that was more important than ours. Then I’m watching the kitchen and there’s zero “giddy up”, they’re yapping on about an irate customer and now I can understand why! Still not saying anything we got our food to go since we couldn’t be late back for work either only to find the wings were raw Not only was it an inconvenience but they couldn’t do any refunds or remake an order WITHOUT having our raw wings like we need to lie about you serving raw chicken! Oh cuz they do inventory. Do you save the raw chicken? So now I’m just over it. Won’t ever be back! That’s all.

I’ve been here a few times. Each time I come it gets worse and worse. Food is ok, service is always bad. Today I ordered for carryout and there was an hour wait. There is always a ridiculous wait time even if the restaurant is empty. Like if there is not enough staff. I came a bit early and was willing to wait the remaining 20 minutes in the store. I wanted to get a beer and I was unable to purchase one because the service girl is under age and can’t sell alcohol, and when I asked for someone else (manager) she said there isn’t one at the moment. I asked for a soda beverage and was given a can soda at the price of a medium beverage. I understand the cashier is following orders can do so much. There needs to be some order in this location.

The absolute grossest wing stop I have ever been in. The floor feels like it’s never been cleaned so bring ice skates because shoes don’t work here. Table nasty. Nothing inside the restaurant is clean. I had to send my wings back twice because the employees don’t understand what the word crispy means. I won’t be back and you shouldn’t come either.
