The food is consistently good. The employees are nice. But why the heck is there no air conditioning AT ALL in this place?! The ice is literally melting as it comes out of the dispenser. We love this place, but we won’t be back before November unless they get the AC fixed. As a bonus, there was a crazy old guy hanging around by the registers harassing every single customer as they tried to order. My husband finally told him to hush because he couldn’t even hear the cashier over the guy’s nonsensical rambling. I’m assuming the employees are just too nice to tell the guy to shut up or to have him removed, but if I hadn’t been in the company of a large and well-armed man, I would have left without ordering.

Two times that I get wing flats with all the feathers in there. There has to be some type of prep that ensures this not happen as much, I understand that it’s hard to over see every piece but two occasions is to much and the waits are horrible, our fries were soggy and gross and the chicken was like rubber. Spend more time paying attention to the job at hand and less time on personal phones and everything would be smoother.

Waited for 46 mins for wings. Nobody wash their hands at all. 5 workers that we can see on a clear glass, with loud music touching everything. Phones, radio, face, sauce, clothes,etc. Long hair with no hair net n shirt open with a lot of chest hair literally popping out n so close to landing on food. Over all SANITATION IS THE MAIN ISSUE I would address that adoon ASAP.

My step mom made an order 1 HOUR prior to us picking up and by the time we came to pick up our order they had “accidentally “ gave our order to another person with the same name and was trying to give us a order for 1 instead of making an order that’ll feed 4. Mind u my step mom is pregnant and was gonna throw hands. Now we have to wait an additional 30 min for our food. Not even a courtesy free mean for there mistakes. Pay attention to the names on the online order vs people who walk in and order.
