back on 9/15/2025 we ordered food from wing stop alice tx, we had a good size order, sent my husband to pick it up as I was still working he came home with one bag, and was missing 3/4th of the order. I called and spoke to the supervisor, she assured me we would get a refund in 3-5 days and if it did not post to my account to call her back. It did not post and every time I call the location, it rings 5-9 times then disconnects. I live more than a half hour away, I will never use wing stop again I might as well kiss my money goodbye.

Great wings, anyone who says otherwise is an obvious liar. Great flavor variety and excellent execution on the flavor itself. Service is an absolute joke however, at least at the Alice location. On every single occasion i ordered online it’s taken an hour to close to TWO AND A HALF HOURS after telling me it wouldn’t be longer than 45 minutes. If you’re gonna take forever to make my order just say that, don’t lie and act like it’ll be ready soon.

Placed a carryout order for 30 pack wings and the app stated it’d be ready by 8:12PM. Upon arrival, they told my boyfriend they overlooked my order and haven’t made it yet. Now we’re sitting here in the car waiting again because Wingstop wasted our valuable time. The manager was also rude to my boyfriend telling him that he had the wrong address in which case we DID NOT. Order elsewhere!!!

I got the Spicy Korean Q tenders combo. The chicken wasn’t too spicy and very flavorful. At $15.35 it’s not necessarily budget food, but you get what you pay for because I left full and happy. Staff was friendly and let me sample their hottest sauce, Atomic. It had some major kick, but nothing a spice enthusiast couldn’t handle; I’d recommend trying it!
