Came around 2pm on a Thursday! Ordered online and was told it be ready in 14 mins. Showed up 15 mins later, food was hot and fresh. Angelique was super friendly and courteous! When she wasn’t behind the counter she was cleaning tables. Very impressed! Good job especially for a restaurant located off of Austin Highway!

What can I say. I try not to judge restaurants how they look on the outside but I had a bad feeling. And after getting food I was correct. This is what the call a chicken tender. And fries were soggy and oily. Do yourself a favor and find another restaurant for lunch.

Came in on a quick lunch break and I was told it be ready in 14 mins. Got my food literally 15 mins later, my food was hot and fresh and the restaurant was highly clean for my OCD. The mangager Devonte was was super friendly and courteous! When he wasn’t behind the counter he was helping the crew and he was cleaning tables. Very impressed with the store overall especially for a restaurant located off of Austin Highway and during rush hour.

Consistently great experience at this Wingstop. Food is fresh, wings are cooked perfectly, and the flavors are always spot on. Orders are accurate, service is efficient, and the staff keeps things moving even when it’s busy. One of the better locations for sure.

The GM Vonte was freaking top tier! I love wingstop and his energy and vibe is unmatched ! Literally made the wait worth while ! I don’t mind having to drive to this wingstop just because I know my food is made how I want it , right every time, and I don’t have to deal with the attitudes around my food. So, I go online to order on uber eats. Apparently, due to them being “so busy” from the words of one of their cashiers, they gave my food to someone who just walked up to them, seen my name on the bag and said hey were here for my order. They gave them my order. Four delivery people, one after another is trying to pick up my order, their unprofessional, rude, and condescending Shiftleader who I guess calls herself a manager name Evelyn, gets on the phone with me and rudely tells me that I have to go back through the app for a refund off of a mistake that was there fault. I waited over 45 minutes for my order. So I ask her if I order again, could she sub the fountain drink for a bottled drink…after her pausing for a long time she states “I guess” so as I’m speaking to her about her professionalism, all she does is answer me back in long pauses before hanging up on me. Let me tell you something Evelyn. I’ve been in hospitality for years and you should be FIRED! I will be calling corporate on you!!

Yikes I order from this location once every few months and at my most recent visit, about half of my wings were completely raw on the inside! I recommend cutting into each piece you eat before biting into it to make sure you don’t run into the same issue.
