Just spoke to a manager on duty who refused to give me his name or the name of his GM after attempting to order online take out – the app showed an order did not go through after deducting the amount from my account- when trying to fix this issue the manager responded I don’t know what to tell you the money may or may not be returned I can’t do anything for you. I asked again what the name of the GM was, he then stated I don’t have to give you any information you can call up here tomorrow. As someone who has worked in the food service industry this is unacceptable. Managers… DO BETTER!

The guys that work in the store are totally awesome. They’re always busting their ass. They’re always on point and they’re keep it friendly and fun this place I recommend top-notch. I’m not sure of his name but the young manager in the evening is awesome. He always goes above and beyond and he also treats DoorDashers with respect which is very rare to find at lots of restaurants!

The wings are great! The tea is great! The fries are great! The atmosphere is great. The ticket times are great! The flavors are bold and often require a dipping sauce to tone down the heat a little. The seats were a little unfomfortable. The music was a bit too loud too. The staff was great though!! The food was also really good too! I go here often and lately the quality and service has been super spotty. Yesterday I placed an order for 10 boneless 1/2 and 1/2, and the buffalo ranch fries, $18. I received 3 of one flavor and 2 of another flavor… 5 pieces, and my fries were extremely undercooked and maybe 1/4 of the usual size. I went back later that day to grab an order for a friend before leaving town and I told them what happened, and they messed up the second order as well! Not sure what’s going on, I love wing stop but I’m having a hard time justifying $18 for 5 pieces of chicken and messed up orders.

I DoorDash so I come here a lot and Day shift is awesome and totally on point. Night shift, not so much! I’m here with my daughter getting food for her and my mom and I’ve seen people who got here after us leave with their food. Our order was not that complicated. Two wing combos. That’s it!

Hubs picked up wing and fries for us (we’re out in Harper, so driving back for correction wasn’t gonna happen). Wings were so shriveled and dry they were like eating jerky, AND they shorted us. It’s not that hard to count to 6, folks, but we were shorted wings (which may not have been a bad deal since they were shriveled and dry). For what they charge for wings (almost $12.50 for six wings and fries) you’d hope you would get all 6. Probably the last time we go to this WingStop…
