This location is awesome! They are so professional and friendly. They truly appreciate their customers, and go out of their way to take care of their customers. The employee Sonia took care of me with a smile when I asked for a request of fresh food. The Manager Camila is awesome. She needs a raise and recognition. She is a great manager and she is managingher employees well. She always takes care of me as a customer without hesitation. She is nice and apologized about another manager unprofessionalism at a different location. I will always come to this location because of their top tier customer service.

I’m extremely frustrated with the experience I’ve had trying to cancel my order. The phone number listed for the location is not in service, and after calling two other locations, neither was able to provide an updated or working contact number.
This has been a major inconvenience, and I’m disappointed by the lack of accessible customer support. Please cancel my order immediately and confirm once it has been processed.
I expect a prompt resolution to this issue.

Had a call in order and was told it would take 15 minutes. When I arrived I paid for my order, but was given no receipt and wasn’t told if my order was ready or if I had to wait longer. I waited about 20 minutes and no one called my name so I walked up to the counter to see if it was ready and I was handed my order. I felt like I was waiting for no reason the and my order was ready the whole time

I placed my order for wings and fries as soon as they open. Unfortunately the fries were all red in color. They either double fry their old fry or didn’t change the oil. Very disappointing.

Wings were fine, but the fries were dark brown, burnt, and covered in an insane amount of salt- it looked like the sugar coating on a sour patch kid. Not sure if the fryer oil isn’t being changed or what.

Better check your order before leaving. I didn’t and inside the sealed bag with my first name on the outside was a 3 piece tenders with fries. BUT I ordered and paid for a 5 piece combo. If you are spending $14.06 for lunch then you should get what you pay for. I’m too busy to go back and complain so I’ll just take this place off my list of lunch stops. It also seems that the person greeting and taking orders could be friendly to ALL customers, not just the ones she chooses.

Place an order on the phone and asked for bone in traditional family order. Picked up order came back home only to realize that they game boneless wings. Very frustrating. and to top it off they forgot to put lemon pepper rub on them. unacceptable specially on a slow night. Only two guest at location. Employees on their phone and careless. Smh!!

In the 20 years that I have been a customer here all is good but tonight the beverage machine has no ice and not a single employee will walk over to Kroger get a bag to put in the beverage machine. The floor is also wet and not even any attention is noticed to bring a mop to dry it up.
