I’ve always had a pretty good experience at this wingstop. The young adults treat me and my mother well and are always quick to get orders done. (Obviously not during peak busy hours because they have a lot to do.) Sometimes they sit down on the tables to talk but there isn’t much else for them to do since the place is always clean. Overall pretty good experience.

Waited for food. Noticed employee cooking kept coming to the dining area with his gf kissing on her and rubbing on her hair returned to the back and grabbed a handful of chicken to drop in the fryer.The employee and others working did not wash hands while preparing food. Ask for a refund was told he was the manager. The so-called manager states I thought I washed them. We was also told he needed to reach the general manager via txt our order was not in the system. Mind you we had a receipt. Text was sent but noticed the gf who was reading a book all of sudden was holding the phone towards us and then started txting. We asked for the general manager to be called but was ignored. Finally a cash refund was offered to get us out the store but noticed once we left we were shorted $2.00. First and last time ever going to that wingstop. My neighbors usually order from there and they were told what happened and will not return as well. Wingstop need to teach their employees about hand hygiene/washing while preparing food.

I ordered BONELESS wings from the Wingstop website and had it delivered. I noticed the bag was smaller than a typical Wingstop bag, but I really didn’t think anything of it. To my surprise, when I opened it, they had given me 8 pieces of BONELESS wings instead of the classic mix and match I asked for. I tried calling the store and I was not able to speak to an employee (because their voicemail box was full or something) essentially leaving me scammed. I spent my last $25 on this meal, and I have no transportation to carry myself to the store because I’m only 14. I’d like my proper order delivered to me or a refund. Thank you.

Ordered two classic combos and an extra fry. All of the fries came extremely hard and cold. Disappointed, waiting a while for this order….. I only chose to order from Wingstop tonight because my daughter loves their fries so it was pointless for this order, waste of money and time.

I had a walk in order, got home and started eating, noticed my food smelled like death, both of my bone in orders literally smelled like death indicating the chicken was spoiled prior to cooking. I had bad bathroom breaks after this so please don’t order from here if you get bone in.

First and last time going to this location.
My wife and I stopped here for lunch. The girl that waited on us was very pleasant, knew the menu, and kept busy. We ordered two eight piece boneless wing combos. We were the only ones in the store besides one customer picking up a to-go order.
Wingstop is usually a bit slow, and we understand that. After waiting for our order for 30 minutes I went to the counter to ask about our meal. I was told they were waiting on fries. About 3 minutes later, our order was ready.
I got our order to the table and went to grab my first boneless wing. It was cold to, the touch. Feeling the other pieces in both orders, they were all barely warm.
My wife had food poisoning two weeks earlier, so we won’t take chances with cold food.
I took our food back to the counter to get a refund. This is where I’m assuming the manager got argumentative with me about the food being cold. Even though she refused to touch it and see for herself.
Once I got home to write this review, I realized, “Oh, this place has only 2.6 stars.” Go figure!
Things that this place needs to improve on.
1. Get a manager who knows customer service.
2. Prioritize customers that are in your store. They shouldn’t have to wait 30+ minutes for their food! It’s fried wings and fries. It doesn’t take that long!
3. When someone says their order is wrong, don’t argue with them. Apologize and make it right!
4. Food should be going out hot! You’re putting people’s health at risk by serving cold food. You’re making too many wings at a time if the meal is not hot when it gets to the table in store.

Use to love Wingstop when they first opened food was always tasty and hot didn’t mind that it took long for our order because food was always made right but my family and I have had the worst experience food was nasty and fries were cold wings weren’t made right and the tenders were soggy this oath 2nd time this has happened very disappointed and definitely will not be going back they have theses young cooks that just don’t take pride in there job very sad once a good restaurant now it’s horrible.

It took 45 minutes to get my order. It had been sitting on the rack all that time. Then I get home and they were not well done. As I had asked The wings were soggy and not crispy at all even though I asked for Well done. I wasn’t able to get my fountain drink because they were working on the machine and it was going to take a while is what the girl said. I actually live closer to a different Wingstop and decided to go to this one because I’ve never had an issue before. This time was a disappointment

ordered food at 11:30, which i understand is kind of annoying BUT i arrived at 11:50 which is when it said my order would be ready. we did order extra crispy fries but it has now been OVER AN HOUR so they’re closed and they’re saying they’re waiting on our fries??? well done fries do not take an hour. people came in after me at 11:58 and have received their food before me. do not waste your time here because it would take less time to get your order by going to lake jackson

There food is good but they didn’t include ranch and charged me $1.60 for 2 1/2 tablespoons worth of ranch. How greedy can you be? If it wasn’t for there greed they would have gotten 5 star’s.
