I don’t know what it is about this location, but they cannot get an order correct. I order about twice a month and in half the time either the dipping sauce or the fries are missing from the order. They won’t refund you for their mistake either since it’s an online delivery order. They will only offer to have you come by the store to get a missing item which completely defeats the reason for delivery in first place. Go with another location is my suggestion. This one does not have decent quality assurance checking a simple order.

I stopped by on my lunch break and was immediately greeted by Eric. He was so kind that he asked me about my day which wasn’t the best but just the gesture made me smile. Thank you for being so kind. He immediately brightened up my day with his smile and friendliness. I had a great lunch. The food was delicious as always, and fresh. I’m not often on the side of town because I live in Katy but today I was working in the area. If I’m ever around here again, I will come back to this location, wonderful staff. ❤️

First time trying this location and I must say customer service was great. I wish I knew the name of the lady who helped us, but everyone was helpful in general. Food took around 15-20 minutes to be ready, but it was a busy Saturday night so I guess that’s normal. Atmosphere I would say expect a lot of highschool students and also only one restroom is available for women. It’s a small store so be ready to get a table fast!

staff is really friendly and this boy that that goes by tony, is one of the nicest worker ever !!! he always greets me and tries to service everyone as they walk in. It is very clean when you come eat in for dine in. jorge is always making sure the customers get respect and their order correct. i definitely recommend trying this location out. they also give out free fries when you do one of their surveys on your receipt !!!!

I ordered online to pick up an order of 24 wings. I recieved a code on the website to the free chicken sandwich. I put the code in and it was saying invalid. I called the location prior to picking up the order. The manager Raul stated theres nothing he can do and he cant just add the sandwich even though he confirmed my order was eligible. The online receipt clearly says if you want to make changes contact the store….Terrible discretionary management skills. Someone from.upper management needs to have a talk with him.

The employees are nice but 2 pieces of my chicken were unedible. I called to tell them and they told me to bring it back to get it remade. I was already miles away so that was frustrating to have to go back and fix something that should t have been wrong in the first places. But oh well!

Waited for 30 minutes and the chicken was still not cooked fully. This is the 3rd time this week that it has happened. I understand you have a new crew but a manager should be checking on said crew that the food is completely cooked. My fries were cold as if they were made first. I eat outside wingstop so my food shouldn’t be cold walking from wingstop to my car which was right infront of the store. I dont want my money returned just these problems fixed. Thank you

Ive had great experiences here but usually the quality is lacking. Today I ordered take out and over half the order was incorrect. No one took my payment until I spoke up for it.
