Just a heads up to anyone ordering from Wingstop
I had one of the worst food and customer service experiences recently. I ordered a chicken sandwich, wings, and fries — and ALL of it was completely smothered in salt and seasoning to the point where it was inedible. I had to throw the entire order away.

I called the store to report it and spoke with someone named Carlos, who claimed to be the manager. Not only was he rude and dismissive, but he also told me I had to drive 30 minutes back to the store just to get help. After all that, he only offered 20% off — with a bad attitude on top of it.

This was a complete failure in both food quality and customer service. I have photos of the food and will be sharing them so people can see exactly what I was served. If you’re thinking of ordering from Wingstop — think twice.

We made an order for Super Bowl. I understand that’s a very busy day for wing places. But more than hour wait for orders is bad. I’m making this review because it seems like this store doesn’t honor order times. I have made orders here and I don’t ever get my orders on time. You can’t have a 15+ minute delay on regular weekday orders. Something has to change!

Called to informed them the ranch given to me had white chunks. All 4 containers were like this.

After informing them it was a DoorDash delivery and if there was something that could be done the staff member stated I had to drive up there.

It was a door dash delivery for a reason, at least some type of compensation. Because it was a total let down for the whole family.

When asked to speak to a manager the staff member put me on hold and again repeated that I had to come up there. I decided not to keep arguing but to get the name of the manager shift lead and his name as well.

The gentlemen decided to hang up on me instead. This is the only Wingstop I have had non stop issues with.

The guy server took my order and have me wait 30 minutes and then shorted me on two wings and told me to wait another 10 minutes for two wings! Extremely bad service. The wings are very salty and couldn’t eat at all. Reply: your respond back to me below is pathetic and gave no contact or how you go about solving issue.

Carlo, what a terrible way to run a business. First we walked in and asked about the online deal and you weren’t very welcoming. I just ordered online. No friendliness nor customer skills at all. While we were there, there was a customer there before us who orders his food and had been waiting about 15 minutes. He was wanting some seasoning that he ordered with his food and it was not in his bag. Then when you went to get the seasoning you gave him a dash small container of it and wanted to charge him more when he asked you to fill it. So he took his money out and waited for you to bring it back to the table after the mistake you made. You then proceeded to rudely ask him to come to the register to pay or come get his refund. He came up there and got his 17.00 refund after your terrible customer service. Then you go to the back and talk about that man with the rest of the employees saying you’re not his slave and he’s treating you like a slave. You have some serious entitlement and terrible attitude. Sir you are a store manager, and act this way? It’s crazy that you would rather loose a sale and give the customer a refund instead of giving that man some seasoning , which I’m sure are Pennies on the dollar you’re making. Oh I also recorded you saying these things incase corporate or the owner wants to inquire about this issue. I’m not sure if retraining would make a difference, you have no people skills and clearly no management skills. I can see why the customers reviews are the way they are. If I was the owner I would seriously be re thinking about the position you’re holding in this establishment.

Will never be back to this location again!!! We order original hot sandwiches and they put so much sauce that all my buns were so soaked and soggy by the time we got home. We called and spoke to the manager Carlos and he said he couldn’t help us unless we took the food back to him. We live 30 minutes to an hour away and couldn’t take it back and waste gas to go back and get it replaced. He couldn’t even offer us a replacement for another day since we live so far away. We asked for his GMa name and he said that they are not corporate, so he couldn’t give us the owners name either to call and speak to them about our order and situation of living further away. They are crap and we will never be back!!!

This place need to be closed very disrespectful worker.I order a meal package wing under cooked had to put them in air fryer to finish cooking my buffalo flavored fries were drenched in sauce like they put the whole bottle in there.Called when my wife brought my food.They guys said there was no manager there but that he would redo the order or refund me,but he would tell the next guy so he would know about it.Called around 5 cause I was gonna send my son after work cause I was going out of town I could come back.Then the other guy that answer said he couldn’t do anything cause there policy was that we had to bring back the food.im out of town so I told him I could send pictures of the food.He said cant do nothing.Really need better training and need to have some management there cause both times I. Called they said there was no manager.Then the guy said to give him my number so they could keep it there for future problems.Check your food before you leave or better yet dont buy there trust me bad place.

The only reason I gave this location 4/5 is because they did not answer the phone when I called to make my order to go, I had to call a few times and wait a few minutes before someone answered. But it happens, the customer service was nice. The wings and fries were very good, the ranch was good aswell. My order was correct and I would recommend this location.

Came into the store on wed dec 10th around 11pm and staff were rude and unsanitary. Besides making me wait an additional 30 mins, the guy at the front changed the trash and continued to touch food and orders with the same gloves!! After I called him out he went to his coworkers to tell them what happened and they high fived him his bare hand with their gloves and kept cooking food without changing them. And then he spent the rest of the time being rude to me in retaliation. Won’t be back until they clean shop.
