TodayI order a to go of 10 Lemon Pepper flavored chicken wings. When I got home and opened the box, I was extremely disappointed. The wings were very small, and it felt like they were leftovers and given to customers. In the past, the wings were of normal size,also now the meat quality is very poor and extremely dry. I strongly advise everyone not to eat here.

Food was PERFECT, hot and fresh came out quickly. Store was very clean the women taking the orders was very friendly and welcoming and was doing orders and keeping whole lobby clean not to mention she was super pregnant. I place a order by phone at this WingStop store #1473 head off time for friend that’s on hospice she wanted wing stop for the Super Bowl when I arrive they didn’t have the order, the name of the order was spell wrong and told me I had the wrong location then I gave her my cell # and the order pull up on there screen I had to wait for the order. I paid for 6pc classic only gave 5 pc and the wings need to be cook longer and the order of veggies where also not the right amount. My friend that on hospice was disappointed with there service and the quality of the food.

So dissatisfied with my order. My wings were over fried, hard and dry! My fries were burnt. When I asked the young girl why are my fries burnt? She replied, they’re not burnt, it’s the starch in the potatoes that makes them look burnt . Obviously this little girl doesn’t cook. They are burnt! Chicken was too hard to eat. $80 dollars spent! SMH!!!

I placed an order online to pick up at this place on November 16, 2023 at 12:01 noon and I had a very bad experience, the wings had a lot of feathers, it was something disgusting. At that moment I returned to the restaurant to ask for my money back and the person who served asked me if I wanted a new order to which I responded no because I didn’t want anything from that place. Because they showed me that they do not take any care with the food they are preparing because it is impossible that when cooking the wings they do not notice so many feathers and then when packing them they do not notice them either. I spoke with the manager who was not friendly at all and told me that I could not return the money because it was an online order and I had to wait for the money to be returned in 4 to 5 days and today is December 10, 2023 and I still have not received my refund. And besides that, the manager kept my receipt, how convenient is that for them.
